i am going to chaiyaphum to marry my girl friend of 2 years. im 48 and intended staying in thailand indefinately. Now i find out i cannot have a 1 year non imigation visa without a marrage certificate or being over 50? Can i go there on a tourist visa and then take marrage papers to the british embassy or thai embassy and have it changed to a non immigration visa?? My garl friend is getting worried now as we already have wedding planned for later this month!!
