I think she should decline to be interviewed by him, as in his mind it will be an interrogation, rather than an interview, he has one purpose already set within his mind and that is to proclaim her a liar, to suit Thailand purposes.
Thailand would be more honored and revered if they sent a person who has empathy, Someone so young who proclaims to have been raped, should not go through interrogation but rather should be listened to with empathy, whether they are telling the truth or not. Surely Thailand must have many such people as they proclaim to be a Buddhist nation.

I wouldn't exactly say they are a bunch of retards ( Only the RTP fulfill that role). But Just like in the past going to see so-called Indian gurus, who are no more than scammers, they are just trying to escape reality. Think they can find something that does not exist. Yoga is just another example of how so many people are gullible. If they get of their backsides and do some hard work, rather then sitting cross legged filling their imagination with starry dreams, they actually might feel more fulfilled.
If you studied science, biology, physics, you might be a bit more open minded and slightly less ignorant. Two or three bad apples do not ruin an orchard and that applies to all aspects of life

This would suggest that the aim was to make a lier out of her rather than investigate the truth or the crime
That they were looking to prove she lied rather than what actually happened

I rarely comment on Thai visa, and I believe in compassion and forgiveness, But here I feel like: Take him to the cleaners, his Ego got well out of control. This Guy served with a good heart for others, that is worth more than all Musk's Billions

Somehow, I do not think the Coach would or will be the one making the decisions on what order they are evacuated, I would assume that that will be done by the professionals of the rescue team. And whatever their decision we have to respect that they know best, having all the circumstances at first hand.
The whole world is willing them all out, lets just keep willing and it will happen. No blame anywhere, only the highest praise for everyone involved, everyone doing the best they can according to the circumstances.

They will all come out, simply because so many people have wished it so, it is called United Consciousness. It has a great power. Thank you everyone that their suffering has come to an end

I have posted this many times before over the years> If the motor bike was rented then it must have had a Tax and insurance disk (Government) That you get on all vehicles every year. That guarantees you FREE hospital treatment in the case of a road accident, ALL that is needed is a police report stating that all injuries were caused by a road accident. All medical cover is then Guaranteed, Only Thais being Thais will try to extract as much money as possible from the Rich Farang. The motor bike must have had the tax disk or it was rented illegally. Please do not argue I have posted this many times before and always proven right. And thank you for all those out there that have made comments and criticism without knowing what you were talking about

All very scary stuff, but if we are sensible there is a good chance we will be OK
We live in the country, we have two large Alsatians, they sleep by the bedroom door and I feel relatively safe
We also have eight beautiful puppies and will keep a couple, so we will be looked after by four of them, we also look after them, I do feel more comfortable with them there
In 13 years we have had 5 German Shepherds (Alsatians) and 1 Rottweiler. 3 shepherds have been poisoned, excellent trained dogs all people friendly, family friends, went everywhere together with us. Rat poison, horrible way to kill a dog

What a load of rubbish I read on here, NO MIRRORS! PILLION HAS NO HELMET!! Go stand outside any school throughout Thailand and watch the children driving in 3-4-5 on Bike and not one wearing a helmet, Watch guys delivering sheets of glass for shop window on a motor bike, watch them driving one handed with a baby on the bike and talking on the mobile and you lot comment on a pillion not having a helmet and no mirrors, sounds like stand up comedy

For some reason, it appears that many people around the world do not understand the concept of cause and effect of their actions. I am sure he had no idea the girls were going to drown. He just thought it would be funny to see them in the water. This is the result of a growing trend in "education" around the world, where children are taught what to think and not how to think.
Actually the brain's frontal lobe, where "cause & effect" is processed, is not fully developed until around the age of 20 y.o. Thus, children are literally mentally insufficient when it comes to thinking about the consequences of their actions.
Maybe you should show him love by paying for his lawyers and adopting him
You must be a sad sack to believe what you post
I say kill the little killer so he would not do it again
Remember killing a killer is the only sure of stopping him from doing it again
Then the killer that kills the killer becomes a killer so should be killed, are you on drugs or is something just not working. Sick

Well I must say reading some of the comments on here, many of you have a mentality below that of a 12 year old. Hang him and his parents? why not burn him on a stake?? That should give some excitement to all the witch hunters on TV, who have lived an entire lifetime without ever making a mistake or committing any form of minor misdemeanor. hypocrites is the best discription.
He is 12 years old boy-girl. girl-boy 12-13-14 year old, its a part of ego forming and sometimes tragedy happens.
Its sad, very sad, young girls, yes its sad, why turn that in to a witch hunt

Hang on....He is a kid, thats it...It's tragic about the outcome sure. Every kid who is in company of his own age gets up to mischief at some time or another...
This time it had a sad ending....I feel for this kid as he will carry this accident memory for the rest of his life...He just lost his 2 friends, from shyacking around, probably out of sheer bordem.
How many times when we were kids that age, were we involved in something Dangerous and didnt realize it....
Dont be too hard on this kid fellas....
Well put, it would appear that many posters on here were never children or if they were they never left the house to mix with other children, Sometimes things just go horribly, horribly wrong

Let the little scum sack meet the same fate
If his parents object let them join him
He will never be anymore than a wasted space
hardhearted to say the least

Mosque ? Is this a religious thing ?
Were the victims Buddhists ?
This has nothing to do with religion. This has to do with a young sociopath. All religions have them.
WE dont yet know what his religion is or whether it has anything to do with his behaviour. Whilst all religions have psychopaths, Islam clearly has a disproportionate number relative to the great religions of the world. Here is an example of young Christians girls being attacked by Muslim boys in Pakistan:

At my Honda-dealer they even can't pump a tire, also they don't have a manometre in the shop...They have 3-400 new Honda's though and loads of "engineers".
Also they even can't tighten a nut properly, it will come loose within a day.
When they repair or change a tire they use screwdrivers to put it on the wheel.
I can understand the Japanese get tired of that.
My woman bought herself a nice new E Sport Toyota and insists that the technical staff in the dealership (in Korat) told her to switch off the accessories, especially the aircon, before switching off the engine. So we have this weird routine happening each time we stop.
I'm given a sad face when I drive and switch off the engine without any of that nonsense.
It's a little bit like whan she cleans her teeth before breakfast . . . don't know where she got that from.
My wife does the same, and when she starts the car she forgets to turn the aircon on so i have to sit in a very hot car untill i notice that she forgot it again.
Her Toyotadealer told her the same about turning it off and on every time you start the engine.
I agree that Japanese cardealers do a much better job than the motobike dealers who have 15 year old boys doing service. My new bike needed 12.000 km service and all they did was change the oil. When i told them it needs much more checkups they finally read the manual and admitted i was right.
Than the owner said the 15 yo boy is only allowed to change oil, than why did he sign off the 12.000 km servicecheck??
And for tires they always pump them as hard as they can. Also put greasy hands on the discbrakes so they don't work properly and even don't have fluid to clean them.
Those boys work under a roof outside in full heat with crappy tools and soidogs all around them. Also they let other customers just sit on clients bikes while they are there for service.
Total lack of education in my books. Honda should check their official dealers and educate them.
You Guys actually get in a car with a Thai lady driving? Wow Bravery beyond

a comment from the father who's daughter was killed.
"the person that hurt thanthaphat should consider how he can provide assistance"
if that was me my assitance would be a 12bore double barrell.
My daughter is dead: Give me money for her

Schooling and upbringing of course are an issue. There was a very good article in a major Bangkok newspaper today about how so many children in Isaan are being raised by their grandparents or just a grandmother, while the mother is working in Bangkok. This can perpetuate poor learning for the next generation.
Yes indeed, lived in Isaan a good few years, It is structured that way send the daughter off to work wherever and grandma takes care of child. It has nothing to do with take care of the child, it is all about must send money for mother because she takes care of child.
The child learns nothing more, than a child 500 years ago would have learned, often as young as 3 or 4 walking a good few meters behind grandma on a busy road (that's taking care?),
Grandma only knows about how to gather food, whether it be from rice field or jungle and that is all she can teach.
Having employed many Isaans years ago, I could never understand how: if there was a 50%-50% of getting something right or wrong then 90% of the time they would get it wrong.
What they don't have and what they need, is proper Thai teachers, who have knowledge and not just a piece of paper and the commitment to do things properly (No cheating just to get pass numbers)

This site is infiltrated with I am greater than thee posters always has been in the 20 years I have been here. If a Thai lady gets in to trouble in the UK, a few phone calls to other Thai ladies will get her out and back home. A farang gets in to a problem and all his fellow Farang cannot wait to hang him. God bless you all, You need it.
