I have bought a used car part before from a facebook seller, paid by bank transfer and he sent the part directly to the shop I used to fit it via EMS and it arrived a couple of days later.
This seems to be what the OP needs because he says location is 'southarn Thailand' so could not get to BKK where most of these business are located
The advantage of buying on Facebook is you can read other customers comments so can get a feel if the shop is reputable or not.

Lazada for most non-grocery goods. Also HomePro online for tools, household goods and even some building materials.
I believe that in Bangkok you can shop online with IKEA.

There is a small independent bike show room shop near the Tesco Lotus express opposite the food market on Soi Wat Boon.
Usually just a couple of used click's, PCX's and fino's for sale, but I think it is Thai owned. Not sure if that is where you are looking for?

Did you not read what the Toyota Main dealer suggested changing to fix the OP's car's problem.
All the OP's car needed was to have the CV joint replaced, yet Toyota quoted to replace the drive shafts and the steering rack unnecessarily, sounds like a rip off to me?
Maybe if the Toyota main dealer had done a proper inspection and quoted to replace the CV joint with a new one in a Toyota box for sensible money instead of trying to rip him off by quoting to carry out unnecessarily work at a cost of 91,000 baht + labour they would have got the OP's business.

Thanks VM to you and all the other contributors. Just shows you what rob dogs the Toyota main dealers are. I suppose they are only interested in selling new cars and then the routine services - nothing complicated .
Where did you get it done? always like to have a few recommendations for decent independent local places that can do a decent job on an older Japanese car as I run a 12 year old Mitsubishi here.

If you see the moobaan called central park 4, he is more or less on the opposite side of the road, Google still shows his shop as empty land but now there is a car wash and his workshop behind. He speaks basic English. It's just past a weird half finished fake castle building.

as others have said, don't go to Toyota main dealer to fix an older car, best go with a recommended independent place

Maybe just the CV boot has leaked and no grease inside, so to start with I would get the CV boot's replaced and re greased.

I have a 2007 Yamaha Nouvo Elegance 135, bought it for 13,000 baht about 2.5 years ago..
Done regular oil changes (only cost 180 baht + tip to do at most back street bike shops), put one new battery on it for about 400 baht, replaced a relay under the seat to fix a starting issue, for about 300 baht and recovered the seat for 250 baht.
apart from that it has been a decent run around bike, no complaints although I will probably upgrade it to an Aerox when more come onto the used market.

there is a very informative UK based Audi TT forum I used when I owned an Audi TT, maybe you could ask the questions there as there are many more Audi TT's on the road in the UK than Thailand.

I drive 2 or 3 times a month to BKK from Pattaya and back and also sometimes use express ways within BKK so I am thinking of applying for an M-pass from KTB bank now I have read that they work not only on highway 7 but also on the Express ways throughout BKK.
My question is, when I apply for the Tag, is it tied to one vehicle or can I use it in any vehicle because although I only own one car myself I sometimes do this journey in other vehicles I have use of.

I got a SETV from Penang earlier this year, I already have several tourist visa's including a previous SETV from Penang, a METV, and an old double entry tourist visa and triple entry tourist visa from before they were abolished.
I did not use an agent. I took proof of my bank accounts (UK and Thai) which both have healthy bank balances as well as proof of where my income is from (investment income from outside Thailand) but I was not asked for any of this.
All that was required was a completed visa application form, 2 passport photos, the visa fee, my passport and a signed copy, and proof of onward travel within 60 days which I provided in the form of an airline e-ticket.
No extra fee's were required or questions were asked.

You need to take the car to a testing centre and get the paper from there, you can indentify a testing centre by having a sign like this outside:
As you mentioned highway 36 I assume you are in the pattaya area?
If so there are several testing centres about but I have used one located here before:
The testing centre can also sell you the compulsory government insurance. You then take the test certificate and the government insurance certificate to the land transport office (pattaya its the one on highway 36 near regents school) and get the tax sticker. Alternatively I think you can buy the tax sticker in Big C South Pattaya on Saturday mornings but I am not sure if this is still possible.
Just to note this is not a new requirement, this has been the case for cars over 7 years old and motorbikes over 5 years old for some time.
