My mum used to give me Castor oil when I felt dicky,

sometimes Cod Liver Oil, always an instant cure, as

you dread having any more.

Castor Oil is also good for your oil lamps,

and ducks like Cod Liver Oil.

You've got to give up work, get plenty of sun in a warm climate,
