Technically you are supposed to enter via the country that issued it, however we have never done this and have had no problems.
-
A happy ending well done.
-
You actually have the right to cancel her visa and she can be removed fronm the country.
-
Try a fax that often gets a quick response.
-
We work via the check list however each company has a system in place.
We use a neat folder system but the UK/Vac staff pull lots of it out for some reason, the ECO will get used to how certain consultants present their clients cases.
I would recommend you put together a well laid out application with easy to find information.
-
I have sent you a pm.
-
If you are no longer in a subsisting relationship then she will not get an extension of her immigration status.
-
I can point you in the direction of an adviser if you require help however we do not deal in appeals etc.
-
We are talking about a Tourist visa she is only here on a visit i would advise you get it.
-
You arrived at birth obviously .
-
Uk/Vac site offers insurance through Mondial .
-
The sooner she returns to her host country the better and once she has the correct visa she can return with no issues.
We all realise how expensive it is however these are the rules.
Good luck.

We showed them our marriage cert etc at Barclay's no problems.
You now only need 6 documents for each year together.
If you need any translations email them to my office they will have them back in 3/5 days not expensive neither 300/400 baht generally.

Vaf 1 b is the correct form as you are visiting your family and they are offering accommodation for you.
You can apply for the visas together but use a separate form for each applicant.
A definition of a family visit is your sister under the rules.
-
Its a straightforward process you need your birth cert the long version one, see below.

Why not make an appointment and do it yourself? Schengen visa applications are pretty straight forward.

Yes! What is wrong with Siam Legal????
They are not registered with the OISC i but claim to have an office in the UK ?
If they did have an office here they would come under regulation as with many Thai companies they claim to have offices in the EU however they in general do not exist.

We have cases awaiting decisions from March 12.
-
She must return to Thailand and apply for the correct visa asap.
-
If you do a search on the forum you will find this.
The biggest downfall of most applications is reason to return to your host country however in your case this is not an issue you are living in Thailand with your family.
Good luck

That's 3 years from first entering the country including any time spent on tourist visa stays.
She must pass the KOL requirement or ESOL before she can apply for ILR in the UK.
-
The Schengen application must be the first country you enter if you apply to the French embassy you should enter via France. You may then travel through the Schengen visa freely.
However my wife had a visa for the Netherlands and we flew straight to Prague but technically observe the above rule.
-
If your wife is in the UK the visa should be free, if she is in Thailand you must apply in her host country.
A little more information would be handy.

At UK/VAC they don't know half the time what they are doing anyway. I actually now inform them via email of the rules before we arrive to submit an application such as the applicant being under 21 yet married to a UK Citizen. They can actually apply 2 months before they reach 21 subject to the ECO discretion however unless you advise them they may refuse to submit the application.
We have had no end of problems with the staff removing evidence and have made several complaints.

I have actually already answered this 7/7 on another forum and have advised him on the sole custody and sole responsibility issues.
His agent should have prepared for the child's future case when he/she submitted his wife's application .
Oh well.
