  1. So its best do nothing think you should tell that to the family who have lost everything and to the family's of the people who are dead because of the floods this is just a stupid post
  2. Every year, you would think they would have a water management plan
  3. What has this got to do with the current topic KEEP ON TOPIC
  4. yes a report was conducted But where any of the recommendations implemented NO recommendations of the assessment are: (1) provide support to the affected population with a particular focus on vulnerable groups; NO!! (2) Invest in a more climate resilient Thailand; NO!! (3) Invest in the competitiveness of the country to support resilient recovery. NO!!
  5. What rubbish ! how long has the same excuse been made ? 20yrs as i know it and nothing !! no improvement and if a stranger told me he had better ideas I would consider it and if better i would act on his advice, there is no shame in taking advice or help If i remember a good few years ago there was a European agency wanting to give help in water management to the government but were told No !!!! Where is the water management Plan !!!!
  6. The construction company was using a Drill and blast method, Fairly safe, if safety protocols were in place, "which i doubt" first rule in mining "you never go under unsupported ground" that is drummed into you at training which i don't think theses had any !! the next method more safer is "boring machine" which is more suited to this type of soil conditions BUT theses Machines are more expensive so it comes down to the all mighty dollar, Asian lives are cheap and now the cover up begins
  7. Thai police had not sought a change from "public" to "restricted" status for the notice. Pol Col Kissana Phathanacharoen also confirmed the police previously asked the Interpol to withdraw its Red Notice on Vorayuth. He said the move was in accordance with the decision by the prosecutors to drop charges against the billionaire in July. The notice appears to be taken down in 2018. At the time, Kissana said the police were not involved in withdrawing the Red Notice. Asked today when the police asked the Interpol to remove the Red Notice on Vorayuth, Kissana said he couldn’t remember you need to be able to read the news YOU ARE JUST A TROLL
  8. I am afraid this is only a Temporary move they are going to invest 9 billion in the us and its only 3 models
  9. I think you need to read the news or google it was withdrawn some time ago The Interpol “Red Notice” for Red Bull scion Vorayuth "Boss" Yoovidhya, a hit-and-run suspect wanted by Thailand, has disappeared from the Interpol website. It was unclear when the notice -- a worldwide request to find and arrest an individual pending an extradition -- went missing from the website and for what reasons. But there was immediate speculation that powerful interests had intervened on Mr Vorayuth's behalf. Interpol declined to discuss individual cases but told the news paper that generally a published notice would be removed from its website if “the suspect has been arrested and extradited or died, the country which requested it has withdrawn its request, the judicial authorities in the country behind the notice have withdrawn the national arrest warrant against a suspect, the notice is the subject of an appeal, or the notice has been cancelled or the status of the notice has changed from public to restricted”. Thai police said in late August that the international police network had issued the red notice for Mr Vorayuth, now 33, after he repeatedly failed to meet with prosecutors. The notice was on the Interpol website until recently. Thai police deputy spokesman Kritsana Pattanacharoen said on Thursday Thai police had no idea why the notice was no longer there. “It's entirely up to Interpol. We can’t intervene because each country has different laws,” he said. Pol Col Kritsana confirmed that Thai police had not sought a change from "public" to "restricted" status for the notice. So it should be There but its NOT
  10. I think that this a fair assessment, the only thing i would like to point out is the lack of training and safety protocols which was pretty evident by the company. Why did these guy go under unsupported ground because they were fools or had no training I only hope that the lessons learnt will be implemented Thailand need to raise its Safety awareness People should be asking if i do this is any harm coming to me you see it every day in Thailand look at the girl with her arm trapped in a mincer where a simple TAG out lock could have saved her arm it very shameful
  11. don't need to be there, been in the same situation a few times over the years i think you never been working in a hard rock mine or you would know the first rule !!! and any blind fool can see from the Photos there WAS NO safety protocols in place And how I can possible know been working in mines all over the world as Quality and Safety Manager for the last 20yrs some good some bad mines last position was the worlds biggest copper mine so i can say i know a little about what i talk can post my CV if you want. It was pretty obvious that there WAS no Training given to theses guys as they would still be alive The First and cardinal rule is YOU NEVER GO UNDER UNSUPPORTED GROUND theses guy did look at the photos where did they find the guys where is the Safety gear (self rescuers, Tag locators, work boot, long sleeved shirts, long pants,) Why no refuge, why No tag board can go on and on will Thailand learn NO !!!shamefull
  12. From coconut news paper but it was NEVER put on the Interpol database
  13. and where did you get this as this is not on interpol data base
  14. You are correct There ARE NO ACTIVE red notice for Red bull Vorayudh "Boss" Yoovidhya there are only 12 thai people on the data base The Interpol “Red Notice” for Red Bull scion Vorayuth "Boss" Yoovidhya, a hit-and-run suspect wanted by Thailand, has disappeared from the Interpol website.
  15. I would be very surprised if this investigation is made public, he talks the talk but that's it, there is no implementation of a safety culture in Thailand. And now there is talk about a 300mega watt Nucular Power station I can imagine the safety protocols, well extra fish heads for the soup
  16. Agree could have all been avoided if only Safety protocols had been implemented
  17. This is a Topic in the news "Call to rev up small nuclear plant project" can you imagine Thais building this or running it
  18. Another Band aid, this is same same every year, no long term view ?
  19. This is Typical Thai, there are 2 words Thais can not understand PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
  20. All this is a Total Farce, Can the idiots not see the effect its going to have on Thailand all this squabbling, which investor in his right mind going to invest in Thailand. Backward Thailand
  21. So you are saying we can not post In a Public forum i think you should pull your head in and go back to your cave There is nothing Unusual about this collapse but the performance of the company, the preparedness of the rescue, Hiso hindering the Rescue, No safety awareness, if there are people there and untrained they should NOT be there simple as that, Thailand needs to wake up in regard to Safety
