Checked this morning and it was 39 psi. Now down to 35psi seemed to be better.

32 is more like it,but better check the door schedule...it's shows only 28psi for my Honda City...go figure???

...last time I've changed for new wheels for the Audi and asked what psi it should be,they said 32 psi(nitrogen)...got back home and checked my gage..it was 37-37-37-38...hmmm??

no point i guess, izu and vigo are just slow, underpowered, low on spec, small and cramped compared to bt50 and ranger, in addition they lack latest tech, but give them a few years and they might find the funds to develope or copy them, yeah, yeah its saturday night, and I am spending it quietly to go for a bike blast early morning

Can I suggest the OP goes to the dealer himself, alone, and buys a car without his wife? She can buy her own car.

I always ask my wife's opinion on the car,color etc,but at the end it's always my choice and she will gladly agree...what I've learned here wifes always want the most expensive thing they can get,no matter what it is...they can sell it for more

I have 4 zone reversing sensors fitted by Ford in the back bumper of my new XLT auto. No problem, works well. BTW, I negotiated the sensors as part of the package deal (among other things). Very happy.

Finally got a call from Ford to get my financing ready...so I went there today (CM) and gave them all the paperwork+ tons of copies(!)...OK,if approved maybe 3 weeks-not to bad...still not sure about the color,but I think I'll stick with the Sparkling Gold...just bing conservative and practical...don't have to worry about this red dirt which is all present around here.I wanted white at the beginning,but this XLT looks like "white elephant" in this color...I would have to change to many things to like it.

BTW,saw a Chili Orange WT there...hmm,it just don't look right...the metallic helps,but my wife said it looks like "bad blood"(?!)...don't want that in this superstitious country...but I really liked the "smoke" headlights and taillights...well,they are not really "smoked",but the dark trim inside makes the appearance...and the leather seats look good,but...dam_n hot,almost burn my butt(it was there in the sun)...Cheers...

My first car here was a white Ford Ranger and second was a white Yaris and both still got insanely hot when parked in the sun. I,like most others, thought a black car would get much hotter than a white car but, surprisingly, it's not true. Perhaps 2-3 degrees f at most and whether it is 110f or 112f doesn't make much difference, both are roasting! And once the air-con is going both get down to the required temperature in a similar amount of time.

There is plenty of experiments that support this if you google (which also explain many other factors that contribute to how hot cars get) which is what I did before getting my current car, a black Ford Ranger, and now I have one I don't notice it being any hotter than my previous white ones. We thought about getting another white but would have had to wait 1-2 months and also the white was solid, not metallic, paint which scratches easier and doesn't last as long. Regarding cleaning, the white needed cleaning just as often, if not more, than the black one.

The simple test can tell by just touching the white and black car in the sun here....I'm pretty sure the difference is more then just 2-3 degrees F....I bet one can fry egg on the black paint car....but since the roof is only 50-60%(guess) of the heated area,the big factor is the quality of the windows tint/film....and having black leather seats does not help ether....but hey,I will always try not(!) to park my car in the sun as much as possible.

It got cancelled due to the National team getting some injuries and the Manager wanting to save the team until the International game on Friday against the Maldives. This game is still going ahead at 6pm on Friday 24th Feb at the 700 years stadium.

There is a saying ...if you stay in the tropics,you can paint your boat whatever color you like,as long as it's...white ...pretty much same with cars,if only 2 choices,it should be white....

It is possibly a local thing,but the image goes global,so there should be at least some general guidance from the corporate factor...IMO

I bought a ford fiesta 1 yr back. I wish I can go back in time and buy the mazda2 instead.

FORD HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE - It's absolutely horrible.

Where should I start.

First the regularly servicing (which I did at month 9 despite only driving it for 8000km instead of the 15000km) took me 3 weeks to book. I called 3 different dealer and 3 weeks was the fastest. I came back with a 1500b labour fee and a small scratch which they insisted was there in the first place. I had to rush to an urgent meeting so did not have the time to have a long argument.

My insurance is up, so the insurance company send me a renewal form for my Honda City. Yes...my honda city...I suppose I can't blame Ford for this but since insurance was arrange via them, I can't help but scratch my head and wonder what happen.

Now 2 months after I did my servicing, when I turn my steering wheel, there is a loud sound - As though it's changing cogs when I am turning my wheel. I fail to understand how a 1yr old car which has just undergone servicing can have that. But fine, I call up Ford on tues. I need to send my car down for the mechanic to check 2 weeks later, if they find fault, I will have to rebook another time for me to send the car for servicing.

I lost it at this time. I told them if my car gets into an accident and I lose control of the car, I will sue Ford. I also told them after I put down I am calling their head office to complain. I got a booking finally on friday.

I am totally disgusted with Ford nowadays. It's like they are just getting the car out of the door and then screw you after that. I can't believe their service of 1 day parts delivery if I can't even get a service booking. If this is the way that they are trying to expand and climb the ranks, I doubt it will ever be successful. I for sure will never buy a Ford again nor ever recommend anyone to.

Maybe they will do a great customer service recovery tomorrow and get me to think of Ford as a decent brand again...but I am highly doubtful.

true, but while shoes are worthless 3 years later, a Thai house (read car) is still worth 60-70% of purchase price. Hard to beat

That works good for those who buy new and sell soon after...in US your new car is worth less 20% as soon as you leave the dealership...however I would take "to buy a new shoes" approach over "to buy a new house"one anytime...

Last week my Triton double cab was 3000 Bt in Chiang Mai. I did 40 % front windows and 60% in back. on my car I had trouble seeing out at night, so I went lighter on my new truck.

I did my Audi in 3M ...60% all around except for the windshield 15%,I think it's just perfect for our conditions,day and night...4500 BHT
