Video: Motorcyclists narrowly escape trouble after elephant charge

Ranger in the video is saying "don't shoot, don't shoot." Wonder who he had in mind. ???? -
From me to Thai police- "think before you use plastic bags."

I share your sentiment. After 13 year of teaching in public secondary school I can not take it anymore. Along the years the old guard retired and is being replaced by younger generation including management and teachers. This new generation is even more brainwashed, selfish and looking just for financial gains. They have no moral values and vanity is appalling. They will destroy everything they've built over the decades. Not a nice site so see.

A user’s guide to Thailand’s new digital health pass
nowhereman replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
There is a lot of logistic confusion around this. Maybe the best way would be to contact 'Thailand Intervac' or just go to the place you were vaccinated. I am sure your data of vaccination is stored somewhere. Wish you best luck. -

Try to reset your phone and enter your details again. That's what happened to me, maybe it will work. But don't forget to enter OTP code which you will receive SMS in your phone. I think this app is not very reliable, so try few times. -

You can download it from Google play for android but it is in Thai, so search for " หมอพร้อม" get someone Thai to help if you are not able to find this in Thai keyboard. -

Yes, that's the code I am talking about. Starts with 600000 followed with 6 more digits. (example 600000123456). When you register you enter this code as Thai ID and enter your own password and few personal details like your phone number ect, then you get OTP code by SMS on your phone, enter that and you're ready to go. -

The claim in this news is false. I've been fully vaccinated and downloaded Morprom application. No problems to register. When you get vaccinated you get your 13 digit code (it starts with 600000******) on A4 paper form and you simply enter it instead of Thai ID. It works. The problem is that no one has mentioned that when I got vaccinated. Lack of good instruction is in Thailand unfortunately usual.- 183 replies

In my school half of Thai and foreign teachers refused to be vaccinated with Sinovac and later AZ. I got both jabs but by the time of planned reopening Sinovac will have no effect anymore and AZ will be waning. So teachers wont be fully vaccinated and exposed daily. As many mentioned before vaccinate people over 60, people who have comorbidity and gradually lowering the age to kick off the economy. Kids can learn online the whole year at list in the classes that I am teaching. To be honest it is even better than the classroom learning as there are great tools to work with. Not so sure about Thai teachers and there skills online as they lack skills in the classroom as well. -
Thailand reports 20,571 new COVID-19 cases and 23,159 recoveries
nowhereman replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I am a bit confused. How can this be positive?"Positive news is those on ventilators have dropped to 1,123, down from 1,161 yesterday." The number of patients dropped for 38 in one day. There are only two reasons possible for this, 1. Recovery 2. Death. There were 261 fatalities reported for yesterday. Meaning that vast majority died before even getting ICU treatment on ventilators (final stage). I must be missing something here. Sorry but I just can not get my head around this. Thanks for your daily input. You're doing a very good community job. -
You are wrong. It is accepted by some countries. Here are the details: https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/news/eu-travel-covishield-sinopharm-sinovac-vaccines-are-most-widely-accepted-by-eu-countries-after-those-authorised-by-ema/ The problem is to get the hands on the certificate in Thailand. In my case, I was vaccinated with Sinovac and month later with AZ (working in education sector) and now after a month since my last vaccination I still didn't receive the certificate.
