I collect telephone numbers of Grab drivers that seem to be more intelligent then the average taxi driver. Works great, Call them directly if I need a taxi.

The only reason I can think of to give a roadside stall a Michelin star is that it's free publicity for Michelin, look we also rate normal food with a star...

First of all Nespresso cups can just be ordered online, there is an official website, just google, about 20 baht a capsule
The quality of these original capsules is very good, better then most of the Thai coffee brands in my opinion, and it's very easy to use.

Part of the charm of popular Thai destinations or areas is that it is Thai organised, so not organised. Most people seem to like that.

Fishing in Ping river or in designated ponds , nothing special, not really a fishing destination.
Location of Holiday inn, a bit out of town, but if you have a car it should not have to be a problem.
October is low season so any day to drive in seems to be good, you might want to consider not to drive in or out when the Thai have days off because of the former King's funeral.
Other activities:
Jungle trekking, Temple visits, Elephant camps, Golfing, Just walking around in the old city visiting markets and shopping, enjoy the 100's of restaurants from all over the globe. cooking classes, night safari, royal park, etc etc.

Rimping is a Asian Supermarket, no matter how much farang products they sell, bread is a day product, meaning what ever is left at the end of the day the supermarket has to consider that a loss, Rimping does not do that. but sells old bread the next day.
