Jeez, I would just get me to the nearest hospital asap. Every one should have derms on the roster. E.g., Bumrungrad you could walk in any time during the day and find more than one derm in attendance. Without an appointment you may have to wait a bit but someone will see you for sure.
Agree,go to Bumrungrad, they have a dedicated skin department. I saw a specialist there last June as a walk-in,cost 4000bt including treatment cream.

As others have mentioned, transferwise has low fees, being using them for some time now. Here's a link to free £500 transfer
<link removed contact by PM for it if you don't mind him getting something for the reference>

One caveat I remember reading was you could pay by cc if loading money on at the same time as adding trips. Haven’t tried this out myself yet though.
I bought 25trips and 500bt with my credit card last week. I think buying trips allows you too also add money from CC. Btw: After 10pm, the CC machines are turned off.

Just a update and its good news. Its turns out that the issue was not climate related at all.
Got some shoes insoles (with a high heel) and after 2days the issue disappeared. When I am a cold climate I have different footware hence I wasnt getting the issue, walking with 'flat' footware must have being putting a lot of strain on my leg muscles and back.
thanks to everyone for their advice.

Why does he need to accept someone stealing from him? Is it ok that she steals from him because he has more money, or that he makes more money, or is it just that he is a white guy (foreigner) and we deserve it?
Do tell why we need to accept this?
Accept you need to spend an extra few seconds at the cash register counting your change in case you get short changed.

i used hi-fx last month and was charged a fee of 1100 bht by kasikorn bank, the rate from hi-fx was good though and no transfer fee from hi-fx,i actually complained to hi-fx about the thai bank charging a transaction fee and hi-fx actually refunded the fee to my uk bank account
I have used these guys a lot in the past, kasikorn charges me 700bt to receive THB

This is something you need to accept happens if you stay in Thailand. Count your change especially if you hand in 1000 and get handed back 100s (not a 500 note).

I go out more often but am less sociable.
Oh! I never drink water from the tap and it feels really weird doing it when I visit home.
become more accepting of peoples life choices.
Now hate taking taxies and avoid them as much as I can.

Thanks so much, some great suggestions. The mattress isnt Thai and I dont think its a medical issue. First I will try the yoga and drink lots of water and change the A/C settings.

When I am in a cold country I wake up fine.
However in Thailand I wake up stiff as a board.
it doesnt matter if the A/C is on all night or not.
I losen up after an hour or two.
does this happen to anyone else? Any recommendations on how to alleviate the symptoms?

And when drivers have no idea of the traffic rules about using roundabouts
I started sweating thinking about Bangkokions trying to use a roundabout, it would either be carnage or gridlock.

This is a good idea for visitors who don't know Bangkok.

I used sit in Golden bar laughing at the what punters are paying in Hillary 4 for drinks. Now I sit in Hillary 4 laughing at the Hooters crowd, the irony of it. I do miss the Golden bar.
Hooters doesnt get a great crowd but it is not empty as I thought it would be.

It's my current boss who claims he is paying 180 000 for it. Which makes me thinks he is either taking me for a ride, or his lawyers are.
The company I work for is registered to apply for BOI for their employees.
The cost they pay to the visa office is 5700bt per BOI stamp/employee.
(However I do not know how much is cost for them to be registered as BOI, this maybe where the rest of the your current 180,000 was paying for)

No swab, they have a heat camera installed in BKK for international arrivals. Similar to what I remember when SARs was around
