  1. If your landlady is Thai her tax ID number is her ID number shown on her ID card and house book.
  2. I have been suggesting Cambodia for those needing to apply for a visa for here. Much easier to travel to than other countries in the region.
  3. I think you will have to upload the flight confirmation. It is shown on the general list for a non-o visa. "Travel Booking confirmation"
  4. This page has the insurance for the STV. https://longstay.tgia.org/ Just click on the participating companies list.
  5. I assume you were applying for a Thailand Pass that is not a visa you would apply for on the e visa site, Thailand Pass site: https://tp.consular.go.th/
  6. I just cleaned up this topic by removing 20 posts that were meant to deflect the topic and the expected replies to them. Time to get back on topic. It 50k baht for the US. From the immigration order for extensions of stay.
  7. Have you tried contacting the hotel about it?
  8. You need to reserve a SHA+ Extra hotel that will pick you up in Bangkok and arrange to have the first test done.
  9. You can apply for a work permit with a non-o visa or one year extension of stay based upon marriage. If you found a job you get the work permit and work. You can even use the income from working to meet the 40k baht requirement for the extension of stay application. You do not need a non-b visa. You and your wife can set up company or a partnership with her owning 51% of it.
  10. It has been that way since I did my first online report. No big deal as long as I can do them online. Many offices are doing it that way.
  11. You could use the address for a friend or family member when you complete the application.
  12. If you have a work permit you can work for another employer now. Best to get a approval of it from your current employer.
  13. I suggest you contact the embassy or official consulate where you applying for the visa about it. Some may still do them.
  14. This what the most recent list shows. Source: https://thailawonline.com/en/others/labour-law/forbidden-occupations-for-foreigners-jobs.html
  15. You can apply for the extension up to 2 weeks early at most offices. At some you can do it earlier than that.
  16. You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife. She will have to be with you when you apply. You can as early as 2 weeks up to the day your 90 days ends. Your extension will start from the end of the 90 days.
  17. Maybe they were not concerned about you not getting another one or assumed you were aware you could not get another one.
  18. If you applied for the extension before January 26th you got it under the old order for the 60 day covid 19 extensions. You should check with your office a couple of weeks early since you will not be able to get another one if you entered the country with a non-o visa.
  19. I never seen such a announcement. Many years ago there was the 90 days in 6 months rule for visa exempt entries but that was rescinded when the reduced them at land border crossings to 15 days that was dropped when they reduced them to 2 per calendar year.
  20. You can go in early to find out it has been approved yet. You could also call them about it. My wife calls a few days before the report back date to see if it is done yet.
  21. All you should need is your passport when your return to get your extension stamp unless they told you to bring your updated bank book and a copy of it when you return.
