    51% of the land its sitting on is owned by Thai's (or a Thai Company) But don't worry, when I first come to live in this country (in the 90s) -- My Thai wife could not own any property if chose to marry a non Thai. After reading some of the letters on here --I dont know if that alteration to the law in the late 90s was good for farangs or not.......
