    It's the way the Americans bet-I dont bet, but I see it a lot when I am watching boxing. UFC etc They tell me it allows for smaller adjustments (odds) to be made either way. You want to put $100 on =$1 divide it by -290 gives you 0.34 cent x 100 =$34 + your stake. $134

    I have some friends who derive their income come from Gambling, & they all seem amazed that the odds on the England -to beat Iran game are so low - -290/Fractional odds 10/29 im Odds 74.36%--in simple terms 1-3 on---bet $100 =win $134. Phones are ringing & there are some large sums being placed (only in countries where its legal, of course----???? )

Its quite compelling, he admits the wrong doings and the lies , even went back to apologies to the Vietnamese.     Really djayz ? One of his most famous poems, that was turned into a book was "The Ballad of Reading Gaol"-(Jail). Did no one think to ask the teacher, what was he doing the "time" for.
