It Seems there is never any 1 answer in Thailand --here in Issan , (Udon Thani) everything seems easy to get. Yellow book they just wanted 1 other Thai then my wife to say they know me. Pink ID card - Take the photos-- go have lunch, come back big smile all fixed .
