I have the Samsung Galaxy (Cooper) Android. I use 1-2-Call as my service provider.

I go to the local cell phone shop and I pay separately for my phone minutes and my Data minutes.

I seem to be using way to much data time. I am obviously doing something wrong or I have some settings wrong.

Most of the time when i use the internet is through my Wi-fi at home.

- I keep of my Sync accounts(Gmail & Facebook) turned off.

- I keep the Auto-sync & background sync turned off.

- My GPS is always turned Off.

Why am I going through my data minutes so quickly?

I have done Visa Runs before with a Visa Run Company. This time I am going to rent a car to make my Run.

I am going from Phuket to Ranong and crossing into Myanmar.

Questions....

1. I got my driving directions from google. is there more than 1 crossing point from Ranong to Myanmar?

2. Dont I need a Visa to get into Myanmar? Dont Visa Run companies have that already arranged for you?

I have lived in Phuket before and liked it very much. I am considering moving back.

I am also thinking about living in Central America (possibly Costa Rica) or somewhere in the Caribbean.

I am interested in hearing the opinions & experiences of people who have lived in Phuket and also C. America or the Caribbean. Which do you prefer and why?

It is approved for use in Thailand, available only in the brand name form Strattera.

I do not know whether or not it is a controlled substance. It might not be since non-amphetamine and apparently low abuse potential. But it may also not be that easy to locate.

If you are in Bangkok, Pattaya or Chiang Mai suggest you call or visit Fascino's pharmacy and ask. Even if they do not have it they will know if it is controlled or not.
