With Bangkok Bank I just learned the following. On July 9 the Bank sent me a message that the Mobile Banking service will be blocked on July 15 since the owners name of the SIM did not match the name in the Bank. I was very surprised since I had been to the Bank several months ago to let them check that the phone number belonged to me and they then told me that everything was OK. Now Bangkok Bank explained that they had been instructed to inspect the owner of the SIM harder and in my case they had found that the Passport No I had shown DTAC some 15 years ago did not correspond with my present Passport No. that the Bank had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Swedish Passports are only valid for 5 years and next time I renew my passport I don't only have to show it to the bank (which is natural) but I will first have to go to DTAC and ask them to update their info about me.

Something is strange about this flight. When you check arrivals to Phuket yesterday there were no flight from Warsaw and when you search the LOT website at least I cannot find any information about flights to Thailand. My guess is that LOT is cooperating with another airline and that there is a change of airline somewhere in Europe.
