  1. "Laeo" (already) has a falling tone in Lao/Issan. Maybe that's the reason. Is she from Isan?
  2. I think, if you listen to newscasters and educated people in Central Thailand you will hear correct pronunciation of Central Thai.

  4. He was probably speaking Southern Thai. There are four dialects - Central, Northern, Southern, and Isan (Lao). They can't be understood between them.
