Use the search facility in the link -----------
https://www.bumrungrad.com/en/search-for-a-thailand-doctor
Search under the specialism of "Orthopaedics". The Drs will be listed and you can see what their qualifications, experience and interests are.
A consultation will cost 1-2000 Bht but X-Rays +/- CT/MRI scans will add to the cost.
Thanks for the info...Bumrungrad is one of the most the most expensive hospitals in Thailand....Im looking for a less expensive option.

Hi
I plan to apply in Savannakhet soon, so just want to make sure that the original post is still valid.
Specifically that signed copies from both parties are acceptable. I understand the marriage certificate has to be original?
Passport photos of both or just mine?
Also is the downloadable form still valid? They tend to change them often.
Thank you
If you do not have the form the small copy shop right outside the consulate will give you a copy of the application form for 5 or 10 baht.....or they will fill it out for you for 60 baht or so. (it is easy to do it yourself obviously).

If you marry A lady that has her own job, business A good chance if she is very successful she wouldn't ask you for money the same as you wouldn't ask her for money.I'm engaged her business is doing fine. When we go out somewhere,or travel I pay.
your opinion is respected however please refer to the original post/question.

Come on guys not all Thai women marry only for money.
I know have been married twice in Thailand.
First 1 total disaster, money , money , money. S he would lie about everything just to get more money.
2nd wife complete opposite, never asks for even 1 baht. Why i want your money she says, i have my own.
Thanks Lopburi for the informative response.

- Yes you can go to Savannakhet for a new visa.
- You don't need a re-entry permit as you will be re-entering with a new visa.
- FYI, you can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife if you want to delay your trip to Laos and getting the new visa.
- I don't think a date is required. The signature is the important thing. My wife never dates the copies but writes a declaration in Thai and signs it.
Cheers. Signature yes.....a declaration? What does it translate into?

Coming at the end of the last 3 months of my current Non Imm O based on marriage, the last stamp shows I must exit by 20th February 2016, I assume that I can go to Savannakhet to apply for another multi entry visa. Am I required to get a re entry permit before I leave Thailand? Just to confirm the documents required are:
Original marriage certificate and copy (unsigned)
Copy of wifes id card (signed and dated)
Copy of tabien baan (page with her name signed and dated by her)
My passport copy
My wifes id card and tabien baan were signed and dated 20th January 2016. Is this acceptable?

There is no need for both of you to sign every thing. Your wife must sign and date a copy of her house book registry and ID card.
Passport photo size would be 3.5 X 4.5 cm. See application form.
Savannakhet 2501-01-31.PDFIn regard to the Tabien Ban, Im confused to exactly what is the "front page". Sorry to sound like an idiot but Ive got copies of it which are15 pages long and all look the same.
It is page one of the tambien ban where the address of the house is shown and the page where you wife's name appears that is needed.
Thanks, so to confirm, required documents are:
Original and copy marriage certificate (unsigned)
Wifes ID card front and back (signed and dated)
House papers (page with her name signed and dated)
Passport copy (unsigned)
Please advise is this is correct.

Im pakistani national and im married to thai girl and i got non immigrant type O multiple entry which will expire on april i reas a lot of peoples saying about laos savannakhet so i wonder is it possible for me to renew my non immigrant type O multiple entry visa ? Im i but nervous bcz im pakistani and i was thinking savannakhet might only allow to renew for us cizitens or canada etc pls advice
You will not be able to apply for another visa at any nearby location. Pakistan is on the list of countries whose citizens must apply for a visa in their home country.
If you do an entry just on or before the enter before date on your visa you will get anther 90 day entry. You could then get a 60 day extension at immigration to visit your wife.
You could apply for a one year extension of stay based upon marriage at an immigration office if you can show 400k baht in Thai bank for 2 months or proof of 40k baht income. You can apply for it during the last 30 days of any of the 90 day entries from your visa or the 60 day extension.
Ubonjoe, I received a non imm O multi some 15 months ago at Savannakhet. Can I apply for the same type of visa at savannakhet again when this one expires?

This may belong in the travel forum however, Im heading to Savannakhet week after next, has anyone got from Nakhon Phanom airport to mukdahan by bus? I presume there would be a bus service, Im wondering how easy/difficult it is plus the cost. Also I would arrive in NP around 5pm so will there be buses at that time?

Aonangmrhuw,
I applied in Savannakhet last week and no financial proof is required. I was 2nd in the queue the day I applied and was in and out in under 5 minutes and picked up the next afternoon. I would suggest checking any upcoming holidays which would mean staying an extra say or 2 in Savannakhet.
Can you share what documents were needed? Costs for a 1 year non-o and multiple entry?
Thanks a lot!
Marriage certificate plus a copy, signed and dated copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card, The fee for the visa is 5000 baht.

The wifes house book registry has 12 plus pages, does she sign every page or only the page with her name on the registry?

Apologies if I am repeating old questions. Im looking to fly to Mukdahan, stay there one night, go to savannakhet the next day to apply for a visa, stay there one night, pick the visa up the following day. Is it possible to get from the bridge to the airport after picking up the passport in time to get the last flight to bangkok? With which airline? I suppose the other choice would be to get the bus from Mudkahan to bkk to save stress. Any experiences?

Im an Australian national. Have been married to a Thai lady for eight years and living in Thailand during this time. We have a son. I am now thinking about returning to Australia to live. Can anyone advise what visa would be the best for my wife and child to apply for, the approximate costs of such and the time frame in which a decision on the visa is made. I must add that our child is not mine by blood, my wife had him with another fellow who took off whilst she was pregnant. We were separated at the time. The child's birth certificate however names me as the father and therefore has my surname. Thanks for any advice.
