I'm from Ireland and I have a used up 15 month(1 year multi entry) visa with a

60 day extension of stay on it.

I will go to immigration before I go if I have time and I will ask my embassy when I get the passport.

I have one page left in my passport and I'm going to Savanakhet for a visa soon.

I have applied for a new passport.

My first question is ....how does this work.

When do they use my new passport.

First I get stamped out of Thailand,there is a small empty spot where I can ask them to use for this.

Then I have 1 clean page for the Laos visa.

So then I would use my new passport when I am being stamped into Laos.

I'm thinking out loud here...basically I need to know if this is the best way to do it...probably not.

That's if my new passport comes on time.It has been delayed by Songkran and might be late.Then what do I do.

How many times can I get a 15 day exemption and extend it by

Is there an emigration office in Chiang Mai city now because that would be easier than Mae Sai.

I have got a 1 year multiple entry visa from Savanakhet that

is nearly expired.I have milked the full 15 months out of it.

So I haven't been keeping up to date with the visa situation and need

need some current advice.

I have a cash flow problem so I don't want to go back to Savanakhet

for a few months until I have the money,if possible.

So what are my options.15 months ago there were 3 things I could do.

!-go to the border(I live near Mai Sai) and get stamped in for 15 days.

Can I still do this and how many times.

2-Go to emigration and and pay 1900bht for another month.

Can I still do this and if so what do I need to bring.

3- Go to Savanakhet and get a Non O visa on the grounds of marriage.

Can I still do this and if so what do I need to bring

How about lighty.I was thinking og putting some of those horisontal slit windows

with no glass in them,whatever they're called but if you stuck a crowbar through them

it wouldn't be too hard to rip the wall out.

Thinking about it now............we have nrighbours so it's not so much the tim or effort they have to give to break in,

it's the noise they have to make

Thinking this way it would be easier for them to spend half an hour with a slerdge than three minutus with an angle grinder.

But the shiping container will clock in at 60k pus a few sheets of plywoof for a floor

What price would I expect for a three meter square shed with precast concrete dlabs for the roof and a garage door.

What price would a 2.5 meter garage doo be.

I have no place to keep my tools and materials.

I only want a space about 3 meters square with a large door.

The problem is I want to be able to lock it.

I want to be able to park two motorbikes in it,put 2 laptops and any other valuables in it,leave my powerfools in it and go away for the weekend.

I wuold get one of those doors that you see on the shopfronts,a bit like our garage doors and lock it and that still isn't the problem.

T problem is that I have never seen a concrete wall in Thailand that wouldn't crumble with the first slap of a decent sledge hammer.

I tried to console mysef with the fact that they don't have any decent sledge hammers in Thailand but it's not working and then there's the roof.that I could do with precast concrete.

So I was wondering what people would recomend.Laying breeze blocks on the flat.reinforcod concrete e.c.t.

The best thing would be something portable like a small container because I'm in rented accomodationh but I know nothing about how theftptoof ot expencive they are or even if they make them that small.

How about websites are they more or less the same,

I search with Torrentz or Google and go for the first website they

recomend.

Is there any way of knowing that the torrent is totally not worth downloading from the website page.

Like zero seeders or something.

I download torrents with uTorrents,uasually from the Torentz website.

Untill now I have started the download and check in 3 minutes to see what's

happening.This is fine when you're downloading popular torrents.

So my question is,is there any way tat I can tell if the torrent is active either from the Torrentz website or the or the Kissasstorrents"website.

At the moment I look at the "health" bar.There is another thing called E.T.A

which seems to be a good indicator,whatever it means.

That worked great

Every time I turn on my computer there is a message in my taskbar saying that the security centre is not turned on and I have to turn it on manualy.I have Windows 8.1.

Anyone have a fix for this

My bathroom has no light over the mirror and when I shave

only one side of my face is visable,the other side is in the

dark.

I want to put a light over the mirror but have never done it before.

Where should it go,what type of light should I use if I don't want to

dassle myself or put a shine on the mirror and what about saftey.

What I want to understand before I go and make the changes they sugest is why I have a shockwave flash plugin in Firefox

and not just Flash plugin and why I can't delete it.

I have Adobe Flash Player installed in Windows 8.1.

I have Shockwave Flash plugin in Firefox which I can't delete.

Firefox keeps crashing and giving the message "Shockwave Flash"plugin is busy.

Does anybody know how I can fix this.

I don't know exactly what happened,I think I uninstalled it badly and Windows update reinstalled it.

I'm not sure but it's gone now.

While I'm on the subject I have "Apps" on my classic shell start menu.

A whole list of them and an apps store which I see geting updates.

I don't use any uf these apps and have never used the store.

Are these taking up space and slowing my computer down.Can I delete them or uninstall them.

Some of them look like I might use them in the future so I don;t want to loose acess to them.

I have an authentic version of Windows 8.1

I have Fibromyalgia which I diagnosed and have been treating myself.

I also have medical insurance.

I'm thinking of going to a doctor to get some medicines like codine and prometazine a strong anti histamine to help me sleep.

I'm worried about using my medical insurance in case the premium goes up too much.

I have medical insurance with the Thai visa medical scheme,I pay about 22,000bht a year.

Does anybody know what will happen to next years premium if I use it.

I stil havent decided wheather to go to the local doctor for a prescription or go to the hospital and have the doctors send me for all kinds of tests,fibromyalgia is hard to diagnose.

I use Classic Shell with Windows 8.1 and I'm trying to delete the Pokki

Start Munu but it won't go away.

It still opens when I start up my laptop and I have to close it manually

for it to dissapear.

When I wake up in the morning the bed is wet but not in the usual sence of the expression.

I seem to sweat in my sleep.My wife tells me that when I go into deep sleep I start sweating profiusly.

She is in the same bed but she doesn't sweat.

I sweat more than her when I'm awake too but she says it's much worse when I'm asleep.

So I have 2 questions---1--Why am I sweating and

---2---What can I do about the matress.It's wet and seems to be wet through to the underside.

The only I dea I have is to buy an electric blanket off of eBay and try to dry it out during the day.

I got windows 8.1 a while back and when I set everything up I was duped into setting up a Microsoft Administrator account.

I have now found out that I should have opened a Local Administrator account.

So I opened a Local Administrator account but it seems rhat I have to set up all settings again to use it.

So I have two questions--1 What are the pro's and cons of a microsoft account as opposed to a local account.Is it worth the hassle of changing everything now.

and ---2 Is there a way to transfer the settings from my Microsoft account to the new local account.
