In Koh Samui they sell coconut oil in small bottles and promote it is the natural and best way to prevent grey hair. I never try and don't now if it's work.

I read a survey a while ago saying that on average people need 7 to 8 hours sleep per day and less than that you are always in a state of chronical fatigue.

This study was made in US and they said that a high percentage of American were falling into that category.

I actaully found Pattaya to be the most sleazy place in Thailand. I admit I was only there for 3 months, but that was enough for me. Phuket is far more beautiful, but Patong is a sleaze pit. Chiangmai is lovely and quiet and Samui is probably the best out the lot.

I think Pattaya improved a lot the past few years and I'm sure you can enjoy living there.

But if you like living next to the beach, I would choose Samui.

I heard lately that a lot of European were buying homes in Hua Hin.

Quite nice also.

I usually go to bed between 22.30 and 23.30.

Very seldom later.

And I wake up in betwen 6.00 and 7.00.

Meaning 7 to 8 hours in my bed.

And 6 to 7 hours sleep,...
