Please don't ask why or how, because I can't explain it, but after my "90 Days Online Report" was rejected three months ago with the inexplicable reason ("...Incorrect entry date upon entry into the kingdom/ Incorrect visa expiration date"), and I had to report it manually on site, it worked again yesterday. I had already prepared myself to have to drive to Jomtien again, because the usual email reminding me of the upcoming report didn't arrive this time. Nevertheless, I thought to myself: just give it a try. So I logged in 15 days before the appointment and submitted my report. The confirmation of receipt came as usual shortly afterwards and one day later the approved confirmation with the receipt for the passport actually came. 😊🙏

The only problem I have with this actually very interesting suggestion is the thought of having to give away my passport... into the hands of people I don't know. But it's probably just a very personal problem for people like me who are naturally rather suspicious. I'll have to think about it. Regardless: Thank you for the recommendation. 🙏

200 Baht is no big deal, of course. Which visa agency is that? And how does the service work? I assume you drive there, hand over your passport and the necessary copies so that someone from the agency can drive to Jomtien and get the 90 Days Report stamped. When it's done, you get notified and pick up your passport again... right?

As my upcoming "90 Days Report" probably won't work online again, I'm already working on plan B and prepare an envelope with documents to do the whole thing by post for the first time (...there is a small thai-post-office in the Soi Siam Country Club). When I was looking for the official postal address of immigration in Jomtien, I discovered that there were two addresses circulating online: 🤔😬 Chonburi (Pattaya) Immigration Soi 5 Moo 12 Jomtien Beach Road Nongprue, Banglamung Chonburi 20150 and Chonburi Immigration Pattaya 75/265 Moo 12 Nongprue Banglamung Chonburi 20150 Has anyone had experience with sending documents to immigration in Jomtien and can tell me which address is the right one? Thanks in advance.

Online TM47 90 day report (Rejected)
zenobit replied to banglay's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
That explains a lot: My penultimate "90-Days-Notification" in January still worked without any problems because it was a month and a half BEFORE the update. My last "90-Days-Notification" in April stopped working because it was a month and a half AFTER the update. Conclusion: the update has obviously made a well-functioning system unusable for a large proportion of users. -
I have made my decision: If I receive another request for “90-Days-Online-Notification” in mid-July, I will try online again. If it fails again, I will try a second time. If it even doesn't work on the second try, “90-Days-Online" is finished for me. I will then switch to sending the documents via “ThailandPost” instead of driving to Jomtien again and looking for solutions that don’t exist.

For affected foreigners who do not live within an acceptable distance of the responsible immigration office and have to travel long distances for each of the completely unnecessary 90-Days-Reports, it is probably important to know why the system does not work for them anymore and whether it will work again soon.

To be honest, I wonder whether "ASEAN NOW" can't use its good relations with the immigration authorities to point out the "90 Days Online" problem or. the dubious, unfounded rejections of applications after correct reporting ("Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected. Incorrect entry date upon entry into the kingdom/Incorrect visa expiration date."). After all, it is now being discussed in three topics and there seem to be dozens of forum users who are affected. I only ask because it is next to impossible for individual applicants to find a solution to the problem. For example, I tried to explain the problem to immigration and was immediately turned away on the grounds that they couldn't help me and that I should report from now on by visiting instead of online.

Online TM47 90 day report (Rejected)
zenobit replied to banglay's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
This was exactly my idea to find a solution for the same problem ... especially when the "90-Day-Report" deadline was nearly running off. So I drove to immigration in Jomtien on last Wednesday to clarify the problem on site. However, at the "90-day desk" I was only informed that they couldn't help me and that I would probably have to come back for every report. -
I've been using the magnifying glass function since the beginning of using "90-Days-Online" ... so for two years. I filed a TM 30 with my wife in Jomtien at the beginning of December 2023 (not online). Then in January 2024 "90-Days-Online" was sent as usual and confirmed without any problems. The same procedure with the same entries was then rejected three months later (i.e. last week).

This content is written at the end of the rejected application: "...This email is auto-generated. Please do not reply. In case of any queries, please contact ROYAL THAI POLICE IMMIGRATION BUREAU..." There is no phone number or email address associated with 90 Days Online... and when I personally asked for help at the immigration office, they explained to me that in such a case no one can help and I should have to do the notification manually again.

I have been using the option to file the "90-day report" online for over two years and it has always worked perfectly... until now. When I sent the report at the end of last week, everything initially looked good. As usual, shortly after sending it, I received a confirmation that my report had been received, including a PDF file of my report. The next day I received a nasty surprise via email with the following content: "Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected. Incorrect entry date upon entry into the kingdom/ Incorrect visa expiration date." 😱 A check of the report I received as a PDF file the day before showed that the information on my report was correct and all the data exactly matched that of the last 25 successful reports. I then tried a second time to send the "90-day report" at the beginning of this week, with the same result. Since the time until the deadline was now running short, I drove to immigration in Jomtien on Wednesday to clarify the problem on site. However, at the "90-day desk" I was only informed that they couldn't help me and that I would probably have to come back for every report. 🤯 Does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem with the obviously incorrect processing of the data so that I can continue to process "90 days" online? My first idea was to delete my registration and then register again, but there is no way to delete the entry. I doubt whether a new registration would automatically overwrite the old one. In the worst case scenario, I would be reported there twice and receive duplicate emails. The chaos would then be complete. I'm grateful for any advice... except the recommendation to go back to reporting to immigration on site from now on. 🙏

Online notification of TM 30
zenobit replied to zenobit's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
IT IS DONE! 🙏 Just came from immigration in Jomtien, where my wife — who is also my landlady — has filled out a TM 30 application and submitted it together with various copies (see below). The confirmation (see below) was stapled on the page before the "90 day notification" in the passport and is valid at least here in Chonburi according to official as a prerequisite for a visa extension.
