  1. You can watch bbc live if you have a vpn service just google top 10 vpn services most of the ones i have had are very helpful and will help you to set it up really straight forward if you are not good on computers .

  2. It only takes 5 minutes to do the tax but you must to get the insurance first and if the bike is over 5 years old then you have to have a document to say they checked the bike then they put a small slip in the green book to say you have paid the insurance and had the check then you can go get the tax in hang dong you can get insurance but they don't have the facilities on site to check the bikes where as in nong hoi opposite holiday inn they have everything in the same area the garage is next to to the main centre on the right and all the insurance places are before on the left .

If you have a car the check needs to be done after 7 years from new .

If you want any more info about this process then please pm me as i am at the tax office a least 3 times a week .

  5. You can contact andymuaythaiatgmaildotcom to find out some info about what you expect to get out of your experience of training muay thai all are welcome what ever your age .

muaythai fighters are highly trained athletes and they do train for 6 hours a day but 2 of them hours is running .

  6. Most Muay Thai gyms also train from a variation of 6am to 9am and again around 4pm to 7pm. So if you really want to train, you have amny hours taken up already. Plus you'll find yourself napping in between!

Can't say I am gonna do Muay Thai because I am "really" want to train, it is rather that it is something I can do with my son. And I can really use loosing some weight wink.png But I was hoping that we could just do the afternoon classes at the gym and use mornings to do different

    stuff.

Looking like 4 months would be a better time span.biggrin.png

It is starting to look that way! Should extend the holiday! wink.png

At Lanna muay thai they do kids classes at 10 am most days with a guy called somnuk has a bit more of a relaxed feel about it than the normal classes and you get more one on one training he is really good with the kids and the class is shorter so you will have some energy to do activities during the day .

  7. I am looking for the arsenal v west brom game which i know will be like gold dust in thailand as they love manchester clubs if anybody knows let me know.
