I started the taking of the THC this morning
Did you continue and did it work?
I've found that THC (but not really CBD) helps with anxiety.

I noticed in Air Asia Ride there are options like "quiet driver", "new car", "English speaker".
I had the idea that there should be entertainment options like "Play own music via bluetooth", which could improve the experience for us, especially for long rides e.g. during traffic (recently I was in a cab for 4h due to traffic which would've taken 0.5h without). I know we could just use our earphones but feeling the bass from the car's system is more enjoyable.
Maybe taxi cabs could even offer video screens on which we could watch YouTube videos etc. I know we could watch things on our own smartphones but it can cause motion sickness whilst in a moving vehicle.

Have you ever been annoyed by the music that the driver put on in the cab that you are riding?
How has your experience been in telling them to turn off the music?
Have you ever been successful in connecting to the car's sound system via bluetooth to play your preferred music?

There's also InDrive. I might try it one day.
All Thai Taxi had shut down, right?

Found this online
Here's a clearer version:
It looks like this is simply a formal approval. It says nothing about agreement that it'll be the personal property of the spouse and not marital property, so maybe that'd be a separate document. That could be the key to ensure that the wife can't take 50% of it upon divorce, and also when it comes time to sell, consent from her would no longer be required. You sure wouldn't want your wife preventing the sale of your property when you want to sell.

What are the steps to report and claim compensation for physical injury that was caused by unsafe pavement and that required professional medical treatment?

If the form of consent is not signed, the purchase/sale can be revoked within 10 years of the transaction taking place.
Wow, so there could be risks involved if a man buys or sells property in Thailand without his wife's consent (and vice-versa). This needs looking into.

they don't check any records so you can simply say you're single and that's that
It's illegal though to make a false statement to government isn't it?

in case of a divorce, the investment goes 50% to your wife, if the source of the money was earned during the marriage
"earned during the marriage" doesn't cover money that was received as gift or inheritance, right?

Maybe you are thinking about a document to make it not a marital asset, similar to what foreign husbands sign when a Thai wife buys a house during marriage
I wasn't sure what the consent form was about, I was just reading around and many sites mention a form e.g. "Spouse Consent Form (If married)" at https://freshbangkok.com/guide-buying-investing-bangkok-condos-foreigners.
So is there only this one form that she'd sign, and is it about agreeing that the property will be the foreign husband's personal (not marital) property? If so, then even if wife's consent isn't required, it would be better to get it (if possible), right?
Also, how about when it comes time to sell the property... on that web site under the heading "Seller Document Preparation" it also lists "Spouse Consent Form (If married)". What is that about? Foreign husbands need the wife's agreement to sell the property? What if he didn't get the wife's consent when he bought it?
-
I've been searching around for answers and have been getting conflicting information.
Can anyone answer the question based on their experience?
If the wife's consent really is required, where is the form obtained? Is there any link to download it?

Which apps are good for food delivery these days with great discounts?
-
I noticed in the AirAsia app they do time-of-day based restaurant deals (so competing with eatigo). It could be worth trying.

What has your home country to do with anything?
We're used to not having to pay.

I'd rather still want to avoid such fees if possible.
I did hold Thai bank cards for many years in the past but found I rarely used them but was charged automatically for them every year, so I thought they were a waste of money and cancelled all of them.

If you must have a physical debit card then the best deal I know of is the TTB Basic Account + TTB Lite Debit Card, which is 200 baht for 5 years, no annual fee. TTB also doesn't impose the silly cross-province fees for their own ATMs/branches, so you win twice.
Thank you, it's not free but is still much better.

200 baht per annum too rich for your blood?
I'd rather spend it on food.
I don't expect to use a card very much, but I think it's good to hold one in case of emergency.
I assume that in most of our home countries we're not charged such annual card fees.

What are some good web sites or apps for food deals?
I've tried Eatigo and more recently Hungry Hub, and they've been OK.
Eatigo offer time-of-day based % discounts.
Hungry Hub offer package deals e.g. fixed discounted price for a particular number of items.

I see a lot of cheap prices on Lazada for high quality brand ear buds e.g. JBL, Bose, Jabra but the risk is that they could be fake, and it can take a bit of effort to check each listing. Sometimes customers say it's fake in reviews.
I came across Samsung Galaxy Buds+ for just 990 THB on Banana IT, and I would've got this one but it's out of stock:What other avenues are there to get good deals?

Is this true? I filed online recently to claim withheld tax on bank interest but didn't upload any papers. Are we meant to?
