  1. Then you know that the collusion allegation was at the center of it. FYI: https://www.americanbar.org/news/abanews/aba-news-archives/2019/03/mueller-concludes-investigation/ "Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation did not find sufficient evidence that President Donald Trump’s campaign coordinated with Russia to influence the United States’ 2016 election and did not take a clear position on whether Trump obstructed justice."
  2. Have a wild guess. If you were somehow not aware of the Mueller probe, I suggest reading about it.
  3. Agreed, but for the random opportunist, there is a psychological aspect. A thief will not enter a house with the lights on, for instance. Just leave the light on behind the front door.
  4. I grew up in a tough neighbourhood and we would never lock the car. The guys were free to have a look, see there was nothing to steal and venture elsewhere.
  5. Don't bother. That was the only thing that was stolen when I got burgled. Luckily it was empty. Bolt it to the floor and wall.
  6. Good afternoon, I hold a multiple-entry non-O based on marriage. Among the few options available going forward, I am considering using an agent (my current address is in Pattaya, I don't have 400k and Jomtien immigration will not accept my monthly income as I am not a pensioner). From what I have gathered, for a flat fee you get your 1 year extension and all your worries are behind you, which is tempting to say the least. So my questions are (for the more knowledgeable people here, thanks in advance by the way): - Is there such an agent in Pattaya? - How much does it cost to "sort you out" despite not meeting financial requirements? - Are there any risks in doing that? Thank you!
  7. Hello all, There are several threads on the forum related to this matter and I have read them carefully, however I still haven't found a clear answer with regards to my issue: My son was born last year in Thailand, but due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to attend the birth. In typical Thai fashion, one of my girlfriend's cousins who happened to be there at the time was named as the father on the birth certificate. We are currently in the process of registering our marriage and it should be sorted within the next three months. I will then be my son's legal guardian. The problem, however, lies with the birth certificate: my son doesn't bear my surname and the one feedback I got regarding this is that it can be very hard to revert. Is it really that hard to get the amper to issue a revised birth certificate if we're married and the said cousin shows up with us and explains what happened? Thanks.
