  1. "Climate change" is a hoax pushed by corrupt politicians and their fake media propaganda outlets, and thankfully less and less people are actually listening to their BS. According to a World Economic Forum report, "90% of all coastal areas will be affected by rising sea-levels due to climate change", and yet the elites who push this narrative are buying luxury beachfront property. Wake up.
  2. I said it wasn't addressed to you: Absolutely. The three hottest years I experienced were respectively: Laos, 2014 France, 2003 Spain, 1997 This year was pretty mild in Thailand, even April was not as bad as some other years I have known. My acquaintances in France and the UK told me it was pretty hot in July/August, but not as bad as 2003.
  3. "Level plane" are my preferred terms. You're bang on target about Antartica.
  4. Yes I am a blasphemer of the science cult. I trust my senses and thermometer, and therefore stand by my comment that this year was not hotter than any others, which was not addressed to you.
  5. Possibly just another condo building. I suspect these developers are playing the long game, anticipating that in a couple of decades there will be high demand. Which isn't completely stupid… I used to know a Thai guy who owned a lot of land in soi Watboon area, made good money from it, he said he had bought it dirt cheap 30 years before.
  6. Just a friendly aside. Back on topic, what does this tell you?
  7. Glad you dropped the Ukraine flag, Brian, it was a real pain in the eye.
  8. 1,609 scientists and professionals from around the world have recently stated the obvious, that there is no climate emergency and it's all political. It seems President Trump was right when he called climate change a hoax. https://clintel.org/world-climate-declaration/ Looking forward to laughing at the "fact-checking articles" some posters here will be sure to post.
  9. More like 10-0 for the antivaxxers, if government stats are anything to go by.
  10. rattlesnake replied to tanner's topic in Pattaya
    Plenty of farangs in Sattahip.
  11. That is definitely true. Social conformity is prevalent here, and it isn't such a bad thing… in most cases.
  12. Some stereotypes are valid though. I am French. When I hear people say the French never smile and are tight with their money, I go "yeah, sounds about right".
  13. They went on to lead quiet and unremarkable lives, far from what one would expect of such heroes. Aldrin drowned himself in alcohol and once even awkwardly confessed to a little girl that they had never been there. https://rumble.com/v31gcce-what-does-buzz-aldrin-mean-by-didnt-happen.html
  14. The body language of Aldrin, Armstrong and Collins in their press conference after their supposed lunar feat is very compelling. Like they know they are participating in something very wrong.
  15. I couldn't have put it better myself.
  16. This is the best documentary on the so-called "Moon landings". https://rumble.com/v1zngha-american-moon-massimo-mazzucco-exposes-the-apollo-mission-hoax.html
  17. I respect people's right to believe people actually landed on a planet located 400,000 km away from ours, then took off again from it, on a giant barbecue wrapped in tin foil. They have the absolute right to do so.
  18. Great. Understanding and acknowledging this is a business enterprise is a necessary step and as I said, I am glad we finally got here. Businesses do marketing. Marketing is the art of leveraging all available means to get the product to the consumer.
  19. Glad it is now established we are dealing with a business. We have come a long way.
