Actually I see it's not in schengen either. However I looked it up and it says you can go visa free anywhere in Europe. Can also go to Caribbean and parts of South America plus Cambodia and Laos. Where else would you want to go?

But Montenegro is in the schengen zone right? So you can go to France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland... Right?

Some talk above about losing sex drive and how the wife will deal with it. Id say for the majority (not all) of cases the average Thai wife of older farang would be relieved. People talking about testing for hiv. Plenty of hiv positive teachers in the west..... It's impossible for students to catch it unless they have sex or a blood transfusion, even if the teacher cut himself/herself and the student had contact with the blood it still wouldn't lead to infection. Hiv is very difficult to catch and needs instant direct contact into the bloodstream.

The Thai isn't that ugly, he's cute in a way. The farang I don't find to be attractive at all.

When you buy property it's the land that is valuable not the house. Houses depreciate but land increases in value. So putting a house on leased land would be a very bad investment

Australia is in persecution mode now with new laws whereby you can be criminalised just for being in a 'motorbike gang' regardless of whether you actually did anything wrong. People are getting harassed by police just for having a motorbike. One guy recently went to put fuel in his Harley at a local petrol station and 21 police cars showed up to harrass him, he wasn't in a gang and didn't do anything. He said this happens almost daily now.
