  1. I'm after a phone I can use to go online with. I can't afford an iPhone so am looker for something a lot cheaper, what are my options?

3G would be nice I guess but might push the price up too much so perhaps just wifi is best?

Is a Blackberry practical for surfing the web/gmail etc? I see the cheapest Curve is about 6000 baht. Any good?

    Thanks.

  2. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive (i.e. cheap) website that will deliver flowers (roses preferably) in Bangkok?

I've done a google search but the ones I've found are charging from 9000 baht for a bunch which is a bit much considering you can get them for about 200 baht down at the flower market.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

  3. Does anyone know of anywhere in Bangkok that will do a body fat level reading/measurement?

I don't need it done with scales but with calipres of something more accurate if possible.

I'm trying to lose fat and then once the fat is off add some muscle but I'd like to keep track of my body fat levels to make sure I'm not putting on fat again once my weight starts going up.

Also, does anyone know where they measure or calculate at what heart rate your body best burns fat at? This would be good to know I think so that cardio can be done at the most effective rate.

    Thanks.

  4. Thanks for the replies.

Often I will be sitting on the sofa in just my shorts and be hot while my mrs will be fully clothed and freezing as the air con is on full blast.

People have told me I give off a lot of heat so I think I might have a high temperature.

I will test it with a thermometer.

I've been trying to loose weight and have lost about 8 kg in the past six months but am not fat.

Is it a sign of a fast metabolism? Do different foods make you hot? I know spicy foods do while you are eating them but is there anything else?
