You will be made to register the vehicle in your province at the same time as you change the name in the registration book. DLT will ask you to come back and collect the new plates in a few days. Can't remember the cost but around 1,000bt.

Can the motor guys give a stab at what this should cost.
Replace power steering on 2003 honda civic.
Obviously including parts. We can have nearest the pin. Of course as usual I always get ripped.
Should be 8-10,000 bt.

They could have saved some time if they had checked out YouTube before hand.

It doesn't mention the type of tests to be used.

I cannot transfer the registration to my name without the LPG certificate.
Plus a copy of the certificate for testing has to be presented every time you pay the road tax.
According to the DLT.
It is very easy. Ask at the DLT for the closest testing station. Take the car there and get a certificate.
Even better, ask one of the agents that work in the DLT area to take care of it.

The LPG was factory original. And recorded.
I don't think LPG is from the factory.

The DLT will give you a list of approved inspectors in the local area.

I am glad to see that the Thailand strain of Covid is so well behaved. It is happy to stay in one area and prefers to infect migrant workers only.

You will find that these cuts apply to new properties only.

The new regulations were only announced on the evening of 27 January so it will be interesting to hear from anyone who's tried leaving the UK from today onwards. It should be noted that the ban on travelling out of the UK is in place even if you are going to a destination where you would be required to quarantine when you return (red zone - 30 countries) - which seems somewhat odd.
Have you looked at the London Thai Embassy Facebook group?

Officially, Vietnam's borders are closed.
So where are these cases coming from?
China?
Maybe they have Burmese workers too?

thanks for your reply. By per page are we talking A4 double spaced?
Yes.

500-1000bt per page. Could be more if you have to research the content of the document.

Why is there such a high number of positive cases in quarantine?

Are baseboard/edging tiles available here?

So they are expecting around 2% to test positive.

Thanks.
Yes I could have removed/replaced door units.
There is western style kitchen opposite wall.
So only the old doors are an eyesore.
Its intended as a rental so the aim was a makeover rather than complete gut and replace
Is that granite you have used to cover the old tiles?

Wow ! Really an expert !
So could you tell us what we can easily check when trying to respray a car in Thailand ?
What is the most important ? brand used to paint ? special cabin to paint ? what else ?
and do you have any address of a good place to paint a car in Thailand, anywhere ? thank you.
The easiest think to do is ask to see an example of their work and judge the quality for yourself. Also, do not accept poor colour matches as any experienced painter will be able blend the paint leaving an invisible repair.

I measured the voltage it's putting out, and it's just under 10V.
Yes it did fix it initially.
Have you checked the battery and the engine earth? Charge it up and have a shop load test it.
Give all the fuses and relays a wiggle with the car running.
Then give the wires on the alternator a wiggle see if gives the voltage increases. Check voltage at the battery and the back of the alternator.
Try replacing the rectifier and brushes again, it may be faulty or the incorrect unit. The slip rings could also be worn out.
If that doesn't work, you will need to modify a Japanese unit to fit.

Maybe they should investigate this guy's rings.

Forgot to mention that I put a new regulator in it a couple of months ago.
And did it fix the problem initially?
Is it overcharging or not charging?
-
What is the problem?
A regulator or bearings is an easy fix so i assume it is more involved.
If you are a Facebook user, there are BMW breakers.
