It automatically regenerates when it gets to about 45% full, but regular long trips/motorway driving will help keep it empty and prolong the life on the dpf and cat.

Is the builder local? If so, he should of known about the soil conditions.

Talk to a structural engineer and call another builder.

The breaker protects the wire. Changing it will not make the heater any better or any worse.

Change the wire or use a lower wattage heater. How long is the wire run from the consumer unit to the heater?

You can buy Fipronil form most chemical shops. It will kill the whole colony.

It is quite normal that the seller's name is not in the book, but a signed power of attorney is given. Foreign owned vehicles also need a passport showing a valid visa for the registered owner.

I have bought many vehicles with cash and only received the book and signed transfer and power of attorney forms.

I am not surprised, but It would seem that is no consistency in their advice. I think your school needs to contact the MoE not the MFA.

The MOE will not issue a letter.

I have my name on a spreadsheet from the MOE approving me but it is just a word document with no official stamp or names.
