  1. For about ten years I was a licensed weapons dealer and freelance. At one time I was authorized to sell all UK HMG military gear to SE Asia. What I experienced never gets to print. Western Govs do some very shady corrupt defence deals. On one occasion in the west a UK Def Att was bumped during me trying to fix a broken sale. HMG UK cheated me and offered me an alternative life experience hereafter; I was in a Top Sec slammer for a week for no reason just to bother me and show that they could. USA able to pull people from anywhere to stand their trials and interrogations bothers me a lot. Belgium historically has been no1 Europe weapons supplier; guess to where? Africa.

  2. My only Mbike offence was at 15 the court laughed and I was given a suspended sentence, justice not revenge

Are you believe to this date, had you been 17 & driving in some questionable manner along a motorway and killed 9 people that the result would of been the same ? :ermm:

What I did was stupid but harmless and I was given an appropriate punishment; trying to find a way to deal with this tragedy is beyond me all have a lot of pain and this kid will be damaged as it is, so are the families.

  3. WOW the vast majority of commentors on this subject should have lived in the middle ages, where it was acceptable to execute a child for crimes. (actually, maybe some did live in middle ages, based on the TV demographic...:whistling: )

The person concerned is under the legal age, has scr*wed up big time and has to live with it for the rest of her life.

Now I am in agreement that her parents should be brought to account, if it turns out they had knowlege about her driving cars etc etc

I was reading down forming the same opinion as you. Posters here clearly would not be satisfied with just execution. I am sure they never screwed up and got lucky. Also in the whole world only Thais screw up? My only Mbike offence was at 15 the court laughed and I was given a suspended sentence, justice not revenge

  4. "The task in Thailand to educate a nation

Thailand seems to be a rich source of material for the Darwin Awards ... that is if there is any possibility of a lack of that material elsewhere. "

After almost 30 years here in SE Asia I consider myself a guest and I am learning something new every day.

Whats wrong with Darwin? Last time I arrived there I was was too drunk to walk so the Police kindly poured me into a rental car so I could get to Katherine for a night Skydive. I think I survived.

Lighten up you Guys or move to New Zealand where you can only complain about the weather. I hope the New Year has something else for you to Bitch about other than speed bikes helmets Thailand Police life etc.

Any effort to save lives is good stuff but limiting how we can enjoy life it is questionable when those saved life can only bitch about it and where they are.

  5. Having been a Skydiver, Hang Glider Pilot, Pilot, SCUBA Diver, Biker, ++ I have nothing but disdain for those who wish to diminish the fun in this increasingly duller world and I include those who wish for sex only in full body armor. F1 is great stuff, dull if you are in the crowd just getting the sound smell and a micro second of view so a Box job is best with a glass in one hand and a chick in the other.

  6. What a boring bunch of spoil sport old farts you are! Jet Skis are fun and should not be banned just restricted to their own bit of sea where harm is least. Crashing a Ski through a wave at full throttle is great stuff. Folks will always die on the edge always have always will. Skis are tame stuff really but still fun. I can tell you that a 750cc bike on a Thai road in the middle of the night when no one is around will do 134 mph! Sorry for the folks that died.
