There have been a couple of new small bars opened recentley on there so maybee i will just watch what happens to them for a while . The saints bar at the top was recentley sold by Barry but i do think that is too far up the hill, half way down would be preferable, maybee in one of the new build units

My thoughts exactly Spoonman altho some bars up there are girly bars and i would not be venturing into that side of the trade. I drink nearly everyday in the jack tar bar on soi 6 simply because its just a lads bar and free from pestering teeraks as we all need a rest once in a while!

another scam do not pay it there should have been one paid when she was first married this is just an excuse for easy money if the mrs insists then get rid!

Is there really any point in opening a small bar in Pattaya ( possibly the dark side kao noi area in the new units )

as ive spoken to a few owners who tell you the same thing '' its ok im not loosing money'' which surely basically means its a waste of money and time. I ask as i am looking at different options and with more houses and units being built up there it might not be a bad option.

The wife has only just started to eat beef having never tasted it, (religious beliefs) but thats because practically everything we eat in the uk has some sort of beef produce in it thus being an easy option on menus etc, but before this eating out and about used to be a real pain.

Forget the price of the room build cost try and buy the land first its astronomically priced anywhere around pattaya, Pie in the sky dreams if you can budget anywhere near your original build and running costs you only have to look at the prices of empty blocks for sale to work that one out.
