  1. My house is turning in to a wharehouse for everyones gear. I have many friends who come to Thailand regularly and stay in hotels but like there own sofa. microwave, dvd players etc etc etc so my spare rooms are getting cluttered not to mention the motorbikes around the rear of the property, surely there must be secure units where all these items can be stored where everyone can chip in a little for all year storage of their possessions?

    Any idea Folks? :)

    Roly.

  2. To be called kwai is trully disrespectfull and you should have belted the cheaky get in the mouth, under no circumstances let any body say that to you as it will just be the start of things to come. Learn as much laos as possible as quick as possible.

I know many swear words but NEVER use them. You will be suprised how people change around you when they think you can understand more thai than you let on. :)

  3. I dont see how its going to be busier , all airlines have cut there output to bangkok from europe by 50% there are simply not enough flights for people to travel on hence rediculous flight prices, i travel back and forth to the uk frequently and lately the flights are just not available on the same scope as say 12 months ago.

    Perhaps people will walk :)

  4. These are specially bred feild rats not you usual drain and sewer rat, more of a cambodian dish actually and come presented on a platter sectioned and opened to remove the offel. Yum !!! :)

  5. Platinum motors on third road maybee ok for second hand bikes but stay away from the cheap deal new bikes they are crap and dont last 2 mins. The auctions are ok if you know what you are buying, personally i have bought all of my bikes new with full warrenties etc wich i think is safer in the long run. If you are thinking of buying with finance then think again, its painfully expensive and you will regret it in the end.

    Happy hunting. :)

  6. Dont buy in Pattaya, buy from bangkok they are far cheaper with a much larger selection, alltho i did buy mine from Expatmotors and its been spot on, second hand prices are still through the roof so if buying from a thai rememberf its probably done some serious weight carrying so beware! :)
