I am asking for discussions here as to why and how etc...many do it and many have done it for decades, also all the surrounding plots do it etc.

No need for you all to get on your high and mighty horse....I am asking for simple feedback, not holier than thou replies....I can read them everywhere else.

'they have no legal rights to the land'.....that agian, depends on the title....some do, some do not. You can argue that you do have some rights to this land because you have paid the tax and you are there as johnny on the spot to own the land if and when it ever is upgraded. The guy next door does not have the same right for this land as he did not pay the tax...so you do have some rights...right ?

anyway, I would like to hear from anyone that has bought this type of land and has enjoyed free and easy occupation of it without any problems....regardless of title upgrade or not.

As I said, many around do, so it is possible to do....but then the drama queens pop out with their 'cannot trust my wife, so you cannot trust yours either' yadda yadda...

We do not all marry people we do not trust, nor have serious doubts about them, nor have children we cannot bear the thought of trusting etc etc....If you have these concerns OL.....guess you may have shopped in the wrong area.

Anyone have a recommendation for a VERY GOOD ent doc in Bangkok or better yet Korat ??

I have seen 4 docs for this problem and only the latest one in Pak Chong actually fixed it once and he seems a very good doc, but whatever he is doing now it is not being fixed.

I have had an ear infection 4 times in last 10 months, 3 times in last 4 months or so.

All the suction and antibiotics has not helped get rid of it for good, althought the doc in PC did get rid of it once with a new drug, but came back 3 weeks later.

Had it now for well over a month and cannot get rid of it. Currently visit this Doc in PC every week for a suck.

Starting to like the suck, gives a nice inner feeling and makes my toes tingle.....but would rather get rid of it, than get addicted to sucking.

OL....the first few statements in your post are the typical scaremonger watch out for the boogyman stuff.

Some of us have people that we can put land into their names without worry at all.

Would you care to comment on why/how so many others do buy this land and seem to go on forever without a care or problem.

Near a block we are looking at, a so called superstar just bought some land identical almost to the block I am looking at. The block is also surrounded by land either being farmed or just lived on and the mains electric does actually go to the front gate.

I thought this might be best answered here...thought a lot of you guys do this.

What is the best way to remove all the hair from your gonads and the big straight bit ?

I did this the other day as the missus also did it for my birthday present and i wanted to have a joining of the flesh to flesh.

I used a razor and cold water...but it was not a pleasant experience over all them lumpy bits.

I would like a more user friendly option as may make this a regular thing for special ocassions.

Feel free to PM me if you're interested in land and/or building as there is good land available in the district (although you can expect to pay extra if you want riverside land).

We have riverside land for sale in the southern edge of the national park area for sale.

As for land in the other area on the Northern slopes...it is now very expensive.

Anyone have/had any experience with buying, owning for long periods or selling these types of titles ?

We did not go into great detail there as he was busy, but when he comes to look we shall ask all the other questions and I shall report his info and what exactly you get for the 170k

He was contracted to big 5 bores on this property, had just started the first one and was down 60 odd meters and just hit muddy soil.

This development is located in a valley which is surrounded by rocky outcrops and stone everywhere.

I might even pop back to see how he is going there onsite in a few days.

In the end, did not need to go to korat....the nice people of samsung sent some mechanics around to check out the telly and fix it.

Was a blown whatsit, something like a fuse inside that pops sometimes with power fluctuations and we have a lot of that.

They fixed it for free....we did not have a copy of receipt of warranty, but they fixed it for free anyway....how nice.
