Looking for 2 and might get 3 or 4 if price is right for later.

We are just finishing a stone and teak wood bungalow with slate and sandstone floors, so a nice skin on them would look sweet and add to the country feel.

I am prepared to try treating my own, not hurt to try.

Also getting some sun dried ones sent to me and might experiment with one as how to rehydrate and tan or soften it to make suitable for a floor rug.

Had a great feed at a restaurant in Ubon last week on way back from the east.

Peppers Bakery and coffee shop....don't know street address but opposite the Airforce base, not so far from the clock tower in town at the roundabout.

Their pizzas are the best I have ever tasted in Thailand so far, their Burgers were the best my Daughter had tasted and their cheesecake was certainly the best I have had here.

Only thing bad was we could not fit more in or more time and try the breakfast and the home baked bread.

Job very well done amongst superb surroundings.

Hope they are made of gold for that price.

Was going to go today, but decided to organise the tanning process first and what I need.

So, next question.....anyone know a good tanning method from ingrediants easily available here in Los ??

Would prefer natural solution to chemicals, but would consider. I have tanned fox and rabbits before in my young days, but forgot now what we used.

Have been recommended a solution using dog shit or pigeon shit....but i hate dog shit and would not try it. Pigeon shit is ok, but don't know where to get a bucket of it around here....rarely see pigeons in Khao Yai.

Then tanning it in a bark solution which has soked to release the tannins prior, they mentioned Oak, but no Oak here, so need an alternative. Ideally the trees you see them all cutting up at the loacl sawmills would be good, easy to get the bark, but not sure if it is suitable.

If you need advice from here and for motivation.....best you just go to bed and forget about it..

There was mention of being married...perhaps you could call the immigration ladies number i have that dealt with it at the time and I pushed through and got the in support of a thai child visa prior to Nov 08.

Even your patriarch of Sunbelt stated that this was the case from the changes a few years ago.

It is simple, 06 they changed the rules, 07 they allowed me to get it but stated you will not get it next year, 08 they denied it for the reasons mentioned above but I did not accept that and eventually got it again after considerable 'not taking their bullshit', 09 I got it again.

So if they have then again changed the rules in 08, then so be it, but they were as I said last year when I pushed through their crap.

There are posts in here about this exact topic of no more in suoort of thai child visa being allowed.

They changed the rules which allowed anyone to get it, to only if you are married and over 50yo.

I had this very visa refused to me for this reason 2 years ago, so how do you explain that ??

You dont need google anyway, easy to spot, basically right between ptt and toyota, head for toyota and you will not miss it.
