  1. me as being Dutch as well, i have total different experience with the situation in NL! it's not perfect but better than before. here in Tland they should control it better, because they didn't control it at all... but making all dispensaries little clinics with a doctor inside sound ridiculous to me... totally out of touch! it's asking for trouble. illegality seems back on it's way again...
  2. they delayed it already, since literally everyone in this bizz objected... some big investments were made cannot put Alladin back in da bottle
  3. there's got to be more to this story... we don't know all details
  4. if he really means it then this is the first sensible thing he said since a loooong long time!
  5. no certainly not! first he must stay in police-cell for process everything, after to immigration detention centre and there's a big cage whith everyone inside! my friend had to stay there a few days, that was nót sanuk! there's people inside for months/years! hardcore stuff! my friend learned there an important lesson... but this Russian guy eventually will be deported back to Russia: with a red alert Interpol how could he stay in Phuket that long, never mind overstay...?
  6. yes, the same guy who blamed "dirty farangs" for bringing Covid to T'land!
  7. the answer is "yes!" they don't even trust their own shadow! before i had to make 1 pic inside and 1 pic outside w house as background. now they want me to hold a paper with house nr written on it! years ago i stopped wondering why this or that... T.I.T. !
  8. the problem is with these simple minds, that in jail they would be treated like heroes, taught his wife a lesson etc, no further remorse... and this spoiled brat still living with his mom, still has to aknowledge her first... mental nutcase!
  9. wow, suddenly he looks much older with that pumped up face... it's also a big burden he has to carry...
  10. Adapted by ASEAN Now from Bangkok Post 2025-05-14 oh well, wrong time, wrong place...
  11. it's very simple: "when in Rome, do as the Romans" that counts also for Thailand! NO ONE is excluded for such easy understandable shoerules, no farangs, no Thais, nobody, even not Israeli's...
  12. political position? officially he's not supposed to be busy with politricks! this stinks from beginning till the end and still whispers his daughter everything in her ears... T.I.T.
  13. end 80s thru 90s i had lots of good times in LongGun and across the street AfterSchool! in the later years just watching how the girls would wrap up Asian tourists, very professional! just one time a girl i took with me, "borrowed" my watch upon leaving my room. went back to the bar, one day later watch was back and never seen that girl anymore! trouble is no good for business, they got that right! 😎
  14. why was Samui Airport used for militairy plane in the first place? i used to live on Samui, and i know that this is a private airport owned by Bangkok Airways. what were they doing there? and the 54 passengers? was it maybe a weekend trip for some 'chosen' officials, paid by taxpayers? and brakefailure? in my naivity i always thought before lift off, every pilot (civil or militairy) must do a loooong list of checks before even start...
