Good day all,

My Non-O marriage visa is about to expire December 26. Can I obtain a 60 day extension? I have never done the procedure before as I have under normal circumstances always left for work before the allowed 90 days. 

if so, what paperwork do I need to prepare and how soon prior to visa expires should I visit immigration?

I am located in Pattaya. 
Any assistance here is highly appreciated.

IMHO any built-in navigation system is money out of the window. There are many free (as in Free Beer) solutions using OpenStreetMaps or HERE Maps, which are frequently updated for FREE. I would hate to pay hefty sums for an update like Toyota is charging for example. Give your mobile phone some reasonable Job2Do...

Have Sync 3 v. 2.3 in my 2017 Everest. Found quite a few discrepancies in the built in Navi. How is the map updated? Is it done when Sync 3 updates from current v. 2.3 or is done as a stand-alone update? Anyone have any experience with this?

I use trickbyte, which is an alternate DNS rather than VPN. The cost is about 3USD/month, and has been working flawlessly with Netflix in the US for the past 2 years. I believe they support Netflix in other countries as well as many other geo-restricted streaming services.
There are two slightly annoying caveats to using trickbyte(dotcom), one is that you must re-register your IP address with their servers anytime your ISP changes your address (typically, every 24 hours or so). Secondly, you need to have access to the routing tables and DNS specs in your router so that you disable the common Google DNS servers (8.8.8.x) so that trickbyte's DNS servers will be used instead. Their website contains detailed instructions for how to do this on most routers.
The benefit over VPN is that the only traffic that flows through a 3rd party server is DNS requests, so theoretically, an alternate DNS is more efficient as there are no additional bottlenecks.

Unless the pool is being treated with pool stabiliser (cyanuric acid) you will need to run the system for 12 hours to produce enough chlorine for effective treatment otherwise will need to add extra chlorine. Based on 80m3 your chlorinator needs to produce 320 grams chlorine which is double the amount of normal chlorine required. Reason being is that UV rays from the sun chew up chlorine & so it is also a good idea to have some chlorine production during darkness.

I am having doubts with regards to the installed pool equipment in my house.

I changed pool maintenance company and they say that what I've got installed is to small for the size of pool I have.

I did a rough calculation and I consider it to be adequate, but not sure if I am correct.

Our pool is 9x5x1.65 meter with an attached paddle pool of 3x3x0.7 meter. Emaux chlorine generator 25-T, sand filter S650 (design flow 15,6 m3/h) and Emaux circulation pump with max capacity of 19.6 m3/h.

My calculation is that the pump and filter unit will manage to circulate all water through the filter almost two times in the 9-10 hours the pump is engaged.

Anyone with any knowledge about this?

If the gate open/close it could be the sensor which should open the gate if someone passes. Check for dirt or misalignment.

Had the same issue a couple of times and it was misaligned..

If it isn't, it could be so that one of your neighbors have the same setting on their remote and they interfere with yours.

2. A serious developer would have taken care of the dog problem. Let him/her know about it.

There are only a few houses finished and only a few people who moved-in, and I'm a bit concerned by two things:

1 - the terrible construction noise during the day (they said it'll be over in two months, but to me it looks like it's gonna take at least a year to finish all the houses and buildings!)

2 - dogs!!! yes you heard right, there are about 9 dogs "living" in this new village!!! Each time I go there they're barking and running after me. My friend told me that once they'll get to know me they'll stop attacking me but I'm not so sure... still scary if I wanna have any guests.

That's about it! Regarding the traffic, I was there at about 6:30 PM and it was a NIGHTMARE like I never saw in my entire life! Especially at the junction with the Sukhumvit...

What are your thoughts about points 1 and 2 above?

I haven't seen more than 10 or so workers, and there are at least 15 houses not finished + many big buildings (townhouses) for which even the structure is not yet finished. With only 10 workers there's no way on earth they can finish everything within 2 months! And they still manage to make a hell loud noise we can't even hear each other when talking, must close windows and still pretty loudy... Did I mention the entry road being pure sand at the moment?? Can't even walk there, if you don't have a vehicle you simply cannot leave the village without putting your foot into some 20cm deep wet dirty sand!

Regarding the dogs problem, it seems that they "belong" to one of the now owners who moved there, she keep one dog locked in, and all the other 10 dogs are standing in front of her house, barking and attacking anyone who'd come by!

Bus not so sure, van possibly. Why not just take a taxi?

I have my kids 8 and 5 in one of the two dojos near Big C south Pattaya. Think it's called Duck square? Abt 1500 month I think it was. Plenty kids attending (it is not the fancier of the two, the one next to a gym) Kids like it.

My car got hit by a small rock which caused a very small crack on my wind shield. In Europe there are companies that do repairs of these small cracks. I think they use some kind of glue under high pressure or similar. Any one know if there are any similar shops here in Thailand that do these kind of repairs?
