Let the rich continue to launder their illgotten gains across the Borders as they have been doing for many Decades.  Go down to the Heights in Malaysia and the car parks are full of Lambo's, Ferrari's, Porche's and even Rollers, all with Thai number plates.  Go inside and there they all are at the tables and they are happy.

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.    He knew what he was doing, so no sympathy and he will be a lot thinner when he comes out !

Aeon have removed all their ATM'S from Thailand some months ago,  Please keep up with the news !

I've been around a good few Countries and lived in several but i've never known a Country other than this where people constantly fall asleep at the wheel; or at least they say that's what happened !

Mild stuff compared to some of the antics i've seen here in the last 20 years.   They never learn evn when a Family member dies !

Been reading this sort of Garbage for 20 years or more; they just never learn that this is not and never will be a destination for the Wealthy on a regular basis.   How can it ever be when it's same old, same old year in and decade out !

What is expected when nobody is taught to ride properly from the start and there is no Law Enforcement.   A Lady i knew here had been riding Bikes and Scooters for almost 30 years when she decided to get a License, not because she felt morally oblidged to do so or for safety reasons but because she was tired of paying 200 Baht a time Tea Money.  Even then, she failed it twice even with all her riding experience until she was 'helped' by the Staff the thrid time.  The reason she failed so miserably was because , as she admitted, she just didn't know the rules.   In a lot of ways they just don't stand a chance because of the Culture they grow up with and i can't see that ever changing as 

'The Powers That Be' are just not interested !

When you what Japan has got there is no really valid reason why Japanese people would want to holiday here !

Thai's live mainly for the moment and Responsibility and Accountability ar brushed aside with ease until the s++t hits the fan; then it's lie about everything until they get caught out.    Seen it, been through it, worn the T Shirt, survived it and learned from it.....the last being the most important part !

Oh dear; another 24 hr Crackdown.  Been hearing about these for more than 20 years, apart from when the Idiots tell us there is no Prostitution in Pattaya.

I can remember more than 35 years ago when Pattaya had the 'Image' of being the 'Sex City' of The World to anyone outside of this Country.   Bit difficult all these years later to try and stop this 'Image'  !

I would respectfully suggest that the majority of 'Exploitation' is the other way around !

This is a trip to meet Auntie Yingluck in London, bit of shopping and then both off to Monaco to meet Boss.   All at the Thai Taxpayers expense.   All in the best possible taste of course !

Had one for years and that has enabled me to get Tax Refunds each year !
