Nice brochure. But somehow I just dont see teams of multinational lawyers bothering to try and get compensation for an incorrectly valued Pattaya condo, even assuming that there was any negligence involved in the first place.

Personally I put lawyers in the same bucket as real estate agents and financial advisers. The less I see of them the happier (and richer) I am.

There is a shop on Sukhumvit, between central and south pattaya in the building that also has the Mc Donalds, which has a sign with gold bullions outside.

The last couple of years I have done the barbecue buffet on the third floor of Central.

I think that I've seen cottage cheese at Best Supermarket at the Dolphin Round-about in North Pattaya. Would think that Foodland as well as Villa Market would have it as well.

Yeah, my impression is that they are buying the latex pillows to bring home, that they see them as very cheap here. That's understandable but they must really LOVE those latex pillows! I've had good access to latex pillows for as long as I can remember and never felt tempted.

They specifically need the feel of the latex when performing the very private and personal (to them) mating ritual,in Russia its normally too cold for most of the year this is why they are flocking here to take advantage of the heat-and the latex of course.

WE have such a good dentist when living in bkk, we still make the trip there. child is 4 yo. have had the whole gamut from anathesia to replacement teeth and "papoose" restraint fillings.

As for "of course they add 10% service and 7% VAT", there is no "of course" about it as far as I know. The Hilton's prices are always all-inclusive of service and VAT and to do anything else is just a rip-off as far as I'm concerned, designed to make the prices appear lower than they really are.

You cant avoid paying the service and VAT so they should be included in the advertised price.

First stop is Pattaya City hall, explain to them what you are doing and where and then depending on the location of your business you will either get licenses there, or Banglamung or to a place just other side of Sukhumvit if you are in Nongprue (it is up a narrow soi just before you come to Soi Wat Thamsamakee if you are heading south on Sukhumvit)

All quite painless once you are in the right office.

You get separate licenses for just about everything but the are seldom over 50 baht each, selling food, selling Thai cigarettes, Selling imported cigarettes, selling Thai whisky, Selling imported whisky, selling Thai beer, selling imported beer etc etc, you get the picture

When you get the licenses best to get them framed or laminated and hang them in a visible location on your premises - saves a lot of grief should you get a "visit".

It amazes me the ammount of people that try to do without, especially when it is cheap and easy, then complain when they fall foul!!

With the high rate of dunge fever looking for a good mosquito product for protection from mosquito bites. Read about Skin Armor anti-mosquito soap. This might be a good and not harmful product for young children. Has anyone seen this item in pattaya? Thanks in advance for any helpful news.
