  1. Barbeque, nice :-). That template does look good. One law firm I contact want Thb22k but that doe no include doing the application for probate, although they can assist, off course at extra cost! If there are no assets, fixed properties etc, and only cash, is it necessary to apply for probate? As you mentioned transfer it all to my wifes account, or perhaps just give her signing powers there again..................................................... Cheers.

  5. Good day, I am English in living Thailand married to a Thai National, Lady and need some advice about drawing up a will. I have property in South Africa so understand I do need to have a Thai will also. My wife being much younger than I, logically I will pass away first so I want to make sure everything is sorted. I would appreciate any advice on which lawyers to contact, especially from somebody who has gone thorough the process. Thank you.

  8. Thank you, the visa states Non Imm. 'single entry'. Visa issued after I came in on a Non Imm O based on marriage (Thought I'd finished with work!!) So if I take this job offer would I have to apply for reentry every time I went out?

  12. Hi, just arrived in Bangkok on 90 day Non Imm visa, will go to Immigration tomorrow with TM 7 form. Am I actually applying for an extension of stay when I have a 90 visa? Also is there any fee I must pay? Thank you

  15. Good day, I will be in Bangkok shortly, I will have to go toe the Immigration off to register. My wife will go with me to register as my landlord. Can somebody please what documents I, also my wife, have to take along? As with all government departments I am sure the place will be very busy but is there any particular time or day when it is not too hectic. Thank you for any advice you may have
  16. Thanks Ubonjoe. My wife has to go to immigration register and report, she will get a receipt/acknowledgement and will not have to go again, unless we change address. Thanks again.
  17. So really my wife must register as my housemaster as I arrive back in Thailand and before I apply for the extension of stay?
  18. in an earlier reply you said If when I go for my 1st 90 reporting all I need is my passport and completed M47 form. Does that mean my wife does not have to register as my house master?
