Definitely not an immigrant just a foreigner temporarily residing here for about 13 years before eventually returning to home country after 45 years away. Don't care what the locals think about me or anyone else really except my immediate family. Always say hi to fellow foreigners and make small talk if they are interested but does not bother me if they don't ( which is often the case as they follow their partner around). In general most people here are polite, happy  and friendly and  just trying to survive like the rest of us day to day and apart from the absurd beaurocaucy here its ok for today. Totally agree with Siriraj as has excellent heart center and top heart surgeon. Currently have 4 stents and last 2 done at Siriraj two years ago for under 100,000baht with private room including angiogram. Great service and follow up treatment.

Interested to know if when you use an agent, are they in your area when your immigration office is  or are they located in a particular area thanks for any info

I am a realist and this is better than the world having another war so mankind can reset themselves and a lot less casualties this way. As for the blame does it really matter it is just another hurdle mankind has to jump over and I think most governments are just doing the best they can as I think they all got blindsided with this one just my opinion. Keep safe everyone 

Current cars 2014 Isuzu dmax 4 door and 2007 Honda civic had both from new and have been excellent vehicles with no problems except a couple of batteries.

So the land of scams gets another one but I understand that you don't want problems with your extension it only natural but just because others here choose not to be intimidated, you don't have to criticize them as heroes or be angry towards them remember not everyone is the same. Am happy things worked out for you your way.

Don't pay them any thing as they are not entitled to it, they are paid government employees who are corrupt. They most likely picked you out as an easy scared mark when you were at the immigration office.

No change in daily life except an extra cup of coffee per day but the wife stopped ordering stuff from Lazarda that delivers out of China so that's a bonus.
