I bought my bike new, but if I wanted to get a used bike, I would try Collinbourne, since as I said before, its rather easy to buy, without running all around Bkk or further to try and save a few baht, and end up paying more. Also, if its not registered in Chonburi, it will cost you a bit more, and I just dont like running around doing paper work, = Lazy!
i agree on paperwork
i just give it the agent on sukhumvit
let them work it out
Hi blackman. It would be helpful if you could be more specific. Sukhumvit, as you will know, is a very long road and "the agent" ????? Maybe you meant "Let US work it out."
ok , its been discussed here many times before
some members have even posted pictures of the premises
however, its on the pattaya forum so its gonna be on the sukhumvit road section of Pattaya
its actually between pattaya klang and pattaya nua
its on the left side headed to bangkok
its sited almost opposite where the up ramp to the new motorway out of town leaves sukhumvit road
its got a sign outside with a big gear cog on it
it has a double shop front entrance with a visible ramp and pit
they will tax, examine, test, register and deal with most issues regarding the legality of cars and motorbikes in this province or any other
have i been helpful?
yep it the best by far and i have tried a few,
also the op might want to look at this website. bike auction wednesday

- Cardiac catheterization or angiogram. To view blood flow through your heart, your doctor may inject a special dye into your arteries (intravenously). This is known as an angiogram. The dye is injected into the arteries of the heart through a long, thin, flexible tube (catheter) that is threaded through an artery, usually in the leg, to the arteries in the heart. This procedure is called cardiac catheterization. The dye outlines narrow spots and blockages on the X-ray images. If you have a blockage that requires treatment, a balloon can be pushed through the catheter and inflated to improve the blood flow in your coronary arteries. A mesh tube (stent) may then be used to keep the dilated artery open.
- CT scan. Computerized tomography (CT) technologies, such as electron beam computerized tomography (EBCT) or a CT coronary angiogram, can help your doctor visualize your arteries. EBCT, also called an ultrafast CT scan, can detect calcium within fatty deposits that narrow coronary arteries. If a substantial amount of calcium is discovered, coronary artery disease may be likely. A CT coronary angiogram, in which you receive a contrast dye injected intravenously during a CT scan, also can generate images of your heart arteries.
- Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). This procedure uses MRI technology, often combined with an injected contrast dye, to check for areas of narrowing or blockages — although the details may not be as clear as those provided by coronary catheterization.
- this is the best way to detect blockages i had mine done last week, be carefull with the medecines
Thanks for the info very informative.
you indicate you had it done, can you share with us the cost and the procedure you selected to have, i assume it was at the Pattaya Centre Hospital.
Thanks

don't want to get into the domestic of what is right or wrong,
I look for what is right for me.
why because i need to take care of me.
I am first in this world.
and that is exactly what she is doing.
she is trying to take care of herself.

ok,
i often was confused at the same as the OP has asked.
the truth to the matter is that the thai's dont learn the times table,as well as the farang have leant it.
an easy way to find out is ask your lady what is 4x4 we know its 16, but watch how long it take for a thai to
find the answer.
there is in fact the answer to the question.
the times table.

Hi have been going to Makro Jomtien since it open a couple of years ago now,
can't help but notice how they dont bother to stock fruit from overseas,
ie Peaches,Plums Nectarines when in season, from the USA or Australia 2 times per year,
on very odd ocassion you might see some but not on any regular basis like the other stores.
very dissapointing, even the likes of Foodland, Villa, and Friendship can provide these lines twice per year.
-
hi, yes you can get it in villa, its 300gr brown paper looking bags imported from Oz, for memory its 110b.
I ask the manager to get some from oz and they did,
also i have a liking for the chocolate bullet from oz, which they also stock, but run out from time to time.
The manager only remembers to order it in when he sees me in the store,
I really don"t know or understand why they don't have an automated system, but then this is tit.
the problems of course start all over again when they change managers.

Surprised that so many esteemed posters dont know that there is an Aeon ATM in Jomtien.
Instead of turning left onto Jomtien Beach Road, turn right onto Dongtan Beach and its about 20 yards in.
are you sure i went today and couldn't find it,
did see a TMB and a GOVT atm but no Aeon.

A few photos of the property for rent would help.
Ask most people where the villages you mentioned are and they won't know.
I'm glad I'm not most people; I know where all those villages are. It's actually the quickest way for me to get back to BKK....
None the less, a good luck to chris on his rental.
thanks Dave_Boo

Hello Nam Thip,
I have attached this google map from Phetchabun hospital to my immediate location of the home near Huai Khot hospital.
on the left of the map it will show you the route by road and the total distance from one point to the other.
the total distance by road indicates it is in fact 276 km from Phetchabun.
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=15.986748,100.71791&z=9&t=h&hl=en
if you have google earth you may want to check there is another route also.
if you are interested further it would be more beneficial if you pm me,

Hello, thought i would have a go at placing a message to see what responds is out there for someone that is looking for a long term house to rent.
the property is only 2 yrs old, and is very roomy has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an outside undercover Thai kitchen.
only looking for a modest rent, but more important for me is to have a honest and clean living tenants that can look after it.
located in the boonies as people like to say here,
it is about 50k from of Uthai Thani, or 20k from Nong Chang, heading towards Ban Rai.
the town ship is called Huai Knot, not much happens out there very quite, just farming area really.
there is a few shops a bout 2 km in either direction, with a food night market 3 or 4 times a week.
there are houses (Thai style) all around the area, and people in the area are very pleasant and look out for each other.
if anyone is interested further just message me here.
thanks

I had a dog for 16 years i named it Fatty, god knows why.
any how in my younger day when i was single and on the slops,
and managed to get lucky for the night,
so when i'd come home with my new companion/s,
the companion /s would ask " So and whats you dogs name then",( especailly if the lady was a little over the weight)
i use to say its name was Patty, this was obvious as to no blow my chances for the night. Pun intended.

It would appear that Bloomberg drops of the radar about 6-7 pm and it is cover with travel program.
which seems quite good, but i still want bloomberg 24/7 for investment reasons.
about 2 weeks ago they drop Zone reality, but as i see it if no one complains then it stays,
that way if you call them and scream and if there is enough of you they do cave in , so has any one got Sophon phone number?
start ringing guys.
and to the other guys indicating that we are losing channels,
you are correct more Russia and Germany channel. supply the demand as i see it.
complain and get action. sit in silence and nothing will change.
-
yep been there 3 time this week, you dont need a card, just your wallet,
great shopping there,
good saving can be had,
you need to bring your own shopping bags as non are supplied,
you can buy a shopping bag of makro for 11 baht.
it was a welcome change for me,
as there was some real saving to be made for me.
good luck.

there's a third option, rather than going to overpriced clinics or being a burden on public hospitals... go to a private hospital that doesn't cater to farangs! Their prices are better since they are aiming at thai people who could easily go elsewhere. I go to Piyathai hospital in Si Racha for all my medicals, had a surgery there, dental, the works. And the prices were super low with extremely good service. Yanhee in bangkok has a very good and cheap dental clinic too.
I am with you bigtime, i get great service at Phaithai hospital,
currently i am getting implants done,
also some correction dental treatment that other clinics in pattya have stuffed up.
the dental doctor is second to none in my opinion, and cannot help me enough.
if anyone should want to speak to a farang there, there is a guy called Gavin (from Scotland) he works there as a PR i am sure he will help you with any enquirys.
Gavin no is 08-97500-293.

what a great idea
rent a condo for 1 month then that will entitle me to leave my car for 12 month in that block right???
when i head back to my home land.
now if every one done that what would happen.
the places would be fiully of canopy type car's taking up all the space instead of accomadating regulars that live in these condo's.
get rid of free loaders.
if you buy no problems, car can stay in your allocated space.
but if you rent your car goes when you go.
