90% of my daily expenses are paid with a foreign credit card. What little cash I use is brought in through atm withdrawals, and goes into my pocket. Good luck taxing that.

Two Toyota dealers near me (different owners). One just started adding on 1.5% if I use my foreign card. The other does not. I now only patronize the one that does't add the fee. When I ran a business, I accepted all cards from everywhere without charging my customers additional fees. Cost of doing business.

If you want to go with a public hospital, I can recommend Professor Pholapat at Chula. He was recommended to me by a doctor at BNH. I originally contacted him through the after hours clinic at Chula. I was diagnosed with large b cell at Suan Dok in CM. At Chula, they reexamined it and determined it to be Burkitt Lymphoma. More aggressive and needing more intense therapy than large b cell. I received excellent care at Chula, for about a third the price I would have paid at a private hospital. Still here 17 years later.
