That's pretty reasonable. I could use a maid here in BKK meself. It's overwhelming keeping 200 SQ meters clean.
Why not just get one of your "ez women" to do it

"The Falcon of Siam" by Alex Aylwen, Thailand in the 17th century. I have read it 3 or 4 times over the years and still enjoy it

Aussie citizens I believe
'Noi' was not an Aussie citizen yet, she was due to have her 'Citizenship Ceremony' about 3 weeks after she was Murdered.
She was a realy nice person and my wife for 7 years (the last 3 seperated), I still miss her and I always will.
These 2 little bastards deserve more than 25 years

For all those folks who need to be careful about weight increase I want to know why Lotus and Big C seem to have stopped stocking Diet free Coke/Pepsi in bottles and now only offer it in small cans. I regularly bought 6 large bottles a week but now it would seem that to quench our thirst we must buy the sweet variety and risk diabetes and heart trouble and obesity
Anyone know where you can buy the bottles or know why they don't supply anymore

Drink water, juice or beer instead of this garbage

Hello all I am new to this forum so please bear with me on this. I have been to Pattaya a few times now and have fallen for an absolutely beautiful bar girl. I have already gotten over her lifestyle thing so I don't need any advice on that. My question for all of you Thailand Vets out there is about her age. She tells me she is 26 but then shows me a Passports that shows her being 23. Her story is that her father did not get a birth certificate for her until she was three so the authorities made the day her father went to the office her birthday and not three years ago. She is from Surin and I am wondering if this is normal or maybe she is just lying about her age and if she is why say she is three years older. Or does she like me enough to start telling the truth now. Can someone out there give me some clues on what might be going on here. Thanks to all for your help.
Easily believable, my ex wives passport said she was 1 year younger than she realy was because of a late registration of her birth.
They dont get a birth certificate, (per se), their birth gets put on their house registration papers.

How do you classify an Alcoholic? I drink 15 x 375ml x5% cans of beer every day, which I am sure some people would say was Alcoholic, however I work 6 nights a week 8-10 hours a night, never late for work/never hungover/never any sick days off. I think the term Alcoholic is relative to individual people.
Yohan asked what would happen to a bar if it stopped selling alcohol, to me it would no longer be a bar

soap-dodger Noun. An unkempt, dirty person. Derog[/b].
as can be seen from the above extract from the dictionary of slang, soap dodger makes no reference to nationality at all, a soap dodger can hail from anywhere, even australia or the united states.
It could, but in all reality we all know it must mean British or French
Who else hates to shower so much (Do we need to bring up historical links)

Here is my take on what Ausiefell was trying to say
As a foreigner who has moved to Thailand, that is all you will ever be, a foreigner with no rights.
As a foreigner who has moved to Australia, after being resident for a period of time you will be eligible for payments from the government (Unemployment benifet for not working, unmarried mother payments, housing assistance, etc), not to mention all the other rights you get if you take out citizenship (such as voting, etc).
I enjoy living in a multicultural environment and have no problem with people moving to Australia to live (I will be retiring to LOS , however most people coming to live in the west get a much better deal, from the government, than foreigners moving to live in Thailand.

If you were to have the chance to do it all over again, what would you change (if anything) about your LIFE in LOS?
I wouldn't have brought the TG I married home with me
This is a really sad one. If it is serious, i'm sorry to hear it.
To make the story short. She left me a few years after bringing her back to Australia and eventually went back on the game and was recently murdered.
If I hadnt brought her back this would not have happened
