And what about the rest off us,I have told all my friends and family to stay away because of the cost and can't drink or smoke anywhere, also the hassle from the BiB. My daughter and her boyfriend went to Mexico for 2 weeks and it worked out a lot cheaper. Just think how many people just come to see us staying here. 555

If you have been in Thailand for a few years it is only required for returning from a trip abroad. I have friends who have never done it but I got fined last year 800tb. The IO explained if go to the immigration and report late 800tb but if they catch you 4000tb to 8000tb .It's not hard just do it. Or just do it online, some people are making to much into it.

A re-entry permit would only keep the 90 day entry from a single entry non-o visa valid when entering the country using it. It would expire at the end of the 90 days.
You can get a multiple entry non-o visa based upon marriage at the consulates in Savannakhet, Laos or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
It only takes a couple of days to get one.
That's what I just did, very easy. Just fly from London to one of the city's with a thailand consulate stay for 3 or 4 days then fly to thailand. Also come in on 30 days voa then fly out after 30 days to a thailand consulate.

Make sure you have all the correct paper work or they will make you come back the next day and you will miss your return flight as I see happen last week.

I suspect they will allow you to purchase it, just you wont be able to claim on it..
That seems to fit the Thai model of service interactions perfectly..
I have had bkk bank insurance for 14 years yesterday I paid my yearly payment and the lady told me I pay next year and get my bonus money back straight away and not wait until the end. So it does work. ...Sometimes 555

I don't, all I show is copy of all the necessary paperwork but I do it in London. Bit like the TM 30 some say you do and some say you don't. I have to in sukhothai. Good luck.

Looks like you done your home work. That makes a change, if only more people did the same. Well done and good luck.

Take her for what??
If you stay at a private house you must let the immigration know. It's the house master responsible to do this. If you stay in a hotel then they have to do it.

I payed 800tb for not going to the immigration within 24 hours. So up to you. My daughter is coming in 3 weeks for a holiday and I'll take her very next day.

Thanks for that, the girl on the phone must of got the wrong end of the stick! hope the 90 day, leave the country thing, is not correct as well, I'm unlikely to stay more than 90 days at a time, but being able to stay more than 90 days (current one up to a year) would be reassurance in an emergency change of plan...
Thanks
Curious, How did the 800THB fine come about?
You have go across the border every 90 days. The 800tb was because I didn't go within 24 hrs of arrival in Thailand with the house master.
Still possible to get a multi entry non O based on marriage without financial requirements?
