Hi Peter
We are now living in our 2 storey house since November. We had a high spec build for thermal insulation 20cm qcon blocks etc. The buildin engineer and his crew were very good and the contract meant that we would never be more than 1000 pounds out of pocket because of the stage payments (about 10) also a 6 month holding bond after we moved in.
