sure , the subtlety of the "skilled at using a pistol", the "Minister of Clean Toilets" is real Thai (strange) humour and would rate highly on some of the intellect game shows running all day in Thailand.

If it has meaning, it's not meaningless, DA. 330 million versus 55 million.
