Cadbury
I refer to another story: Songkran crackdown to battle road accidents, harsher penalties promised Can it then be taken that harsher penalties will apply to these idiot motorbike drivers who endanger lives? Most unlikely because the the crackdown did not occur during Songkran. Their bikes will be returned and they will be given the customary slap on the wrist and the road racers will change their venues for the coming racing calendar.
