I nearly got run over last week by an undertaking car driver on a Pedestrian Crossing who was too busy with their mobile to look out of the windscreen. 1 year ban and 10% of annual income fine, any other offense within 10 years, 5 years in jail. It makes your blood boil when u see this happen and now someone has died over it Don't you at least think the cops on seeing someone get killed because someone went straight through a red light and try and enforce the law to stop them from doing this.
