The Chinese guy denied entry & refused to stay in the detention area should have been taken to the ground, handcuffed & escorted to where they wanted him. Why all this grovelling ? On the bribes issue it is a "big joke". All of a sudden they know about it. Facilitation fees are being charged by nearly all Government Departments. How about "Big Joke" for Commissioner of Police ?
