Broken leather on Razer headphones

That's not leather, it's "protein leather", which we can translate to "plastic".
Your photo shows a common problem in Thailand with plastics/rubbers suffering from humidity and heat.

 

If these headphones are under warranty, you should make the claim as quickly as possible.
